It malfunctions too often.

It is the best bidet for sure. but it malfunctions too often. I bought 2nd one 3 years ago and it is not working with the remote already. 1st one worked around 10 years and quit working. I'm going to call Clean Sense today and see what they say. and I will update here.

Excellent option

I have had mine 2 years now and still going strong. The remote panel is very easy to use - definitely would recommend.

Mine has lasted 12 years. Finally it broke. I was looking at others this time. They still don’t have all the features this one does. I just wish the nozzle was Metal. I am buying this model again.

Great until it breaks... and it will break

I've had two of these. I bought another one after the first one broke because when it works, it's REALLY good and has features that similar units don't have. With the first one, the first thing to go was the sound effects. Then the remote stopped controlling the seat no matter where we moved it, tried new batteries, etc. Finally, all of the buttons stopped working. It was just past the warranty period but we liked it so much we bought another one.

Unit arrived quickly and was packed well. Installation takes less than five minutes. The only downside is that control panel is quite large. It removes easily from the bracket though to make it handheld.

No toilet paper no problem with a clean sense Bidet

That may sound like I am advertising for Clean sense ,I assure you I am not. still If you want to stop bleeding hemorrhoids or any other irritation, like from diarrhea. A seat Bidet from Clean sense will . I now own 3 of these models, Two in the same house the other in my winter home I wont be without one. They are easy to install and use. The power supply outlet is the only hurdle.

Easy installation and operation, but a few gripes

The installation of this model is quite straightforward, however the very short cord dramatically limits installation options. Just a few more feet would have helped. Additionally, the manual does not make clear when the heated seat turns on. It appears to just turn on randomly and I would like to know if it is motion-sensitive, or what exactly is going on. Lastly, the thing is just so bulky, it makes an elongated toilet feel like a tiny round toilet - quite annoying.

Great Value All Around

My Mom has had this bidet for several years and had no complaints so we ordered as our first bidet. It was what we expected, fairly easy install ( 2 people who are NOT handy). The only reason for 4 stars is that the dryer is useless. It does not dry your behind in any way, shape, or form. Other than that, works great and my hubby, who was skeptical, is on it all the time!

I love it!

Bought this for my husband for Christmas. It worked right out of the box, but after about a week went from working sometimes to hardly ever. It is nice and warm to sit on.
