Terrible Customer Service
This company will not honor their warranty! The burners in my grill burnt out in under two years and after more than a dozen emails and phone calls (I eventually stopped counting) they offer multiple excuses of why they will not replace the defective parts. Including: being out of stock, send more pictures, the manager is out of the office, send pictures again, etc. etc. There are many similar complaints reported on multiple purchase sites, all reporting the same thing. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY.
