Don’t buy! I can actually reach my whole arm up to the forearm in the mail slot and retrieve a piece of paper. It’s not secure at all. It’s a very poor design. Don’t be fooled.

Actually I haven’t moved yet,and have not Experience yet but there were missing little round magnetic parts when I installed it, and the bottom door has play in it?

Good product and materials

Pretty much what I thought I was getting. I do find it odd that there is a lock on something that I could still reach into and pull out mail. I was expecting something a bit more secure to prevent the stealing of my mail, a problem in my area.

Pretty good but, I send a lot of greeting cards and they don't fit the outgoing mail slot. I got a magnet and put them in plastic bags on the front with the flag up. A great price for a functional locking box.

All around good mailbox…looks good, locks, mounts easily, and address decal I purchased fits perfectly.

Love the product. It would be even better if the base came with it or indicated on the box which base would be recommended. Easy to assemble.

First of all, you all have horrible shipping… my package was not even wrapped it simply came in the manufacture box. This is very unprofessional, how do you know that I want all of my neighbors to see the merchandise that I’ve ordered? Second of all, it has not been installed for me to write an accurate review.

This mailbox is nice and big, was easy to mount to our fence with the addition of a support, and the lock is secure yet easy to open. Excellent quality at a fair price. My only complaint is that I wish the slot was big enough to accommodate small packages. The addition of a security flap so the slot could be bigger would make this a 5 star purchase. But still, no regrets.

Looks nice but the lock is not working

This mailbox is far from secure. We only had the box installed for a few weeks before thieves ripped the door off. It wasn't just our mailbox. Several others on the street had the same thing happen. The rivets for the hinge popped out easily. No other signs of damage. It can not be re-attached so the box is now worthless. If I have to buy one of these every few weeks, it will cost way more than the value of the junk mail that was stolen.

The box looks good and mail has stayed dry. After installing the box, discovered lock hard to open. Security inside is okay; pictures looked safer on the box than how the installed box appears.
