Lever differed from original

The inside lever was not the same length as original specified for Cadet 3. Also, it was plastic vs. metal which may affect durability. Suspect this product is out-sourced with little quality control.

Trip Lever

This Trip lever is ALL plastic. Thought it would have at least a metal handle. $65.00 for this is ridiculous.

Handle isn’t the quality I thought it would be

This is lever is plastic, the rod that goes into the tank is too. Maybe someone would like the light thin quality, I don’t. Nice they offer the finish color . Wish it had a sturdy metal and straight line design handle

Model 4021

I have MS model 4021 the required handle is roughly 2.5 inches short. This is the 3rd attempt to correct the design issue. A big company hoping for a resolution. Attempted to send pictures however was unable to. See prior correspondence with email address per this correspondence. Thanks, Joe

Flush lever

Its 100% plastic and will fail again. Also I called and gave the model number from the tank and ordered what they gave me. I'd say it is at least an inch short and there is no slack from chain to flapper. I feel its a wee bit tight. Tight enough to pull at an angle and over time cause the flapper to leak. We will see.

Waste!

Cheap plastic. Planning to return. I can’t believe it’s cost almost $70!

One month, so far ok, flushes everything good, very quiet, plastic seat comes with it, but i prefer a wood seat

I will save money with my new Cadet 3 toilet.

I am very happy with the (2) Cadet 3 that I installed, it also will reduce my water usage.

American Standard Cadet toilet lever

It was great to be able to preview the linen color for the toilet and to be able to switch in the linen lever for the chrome. Our bathroom fixtures are oil rubbed bronze. Build.com is a great source for remodeling items and parts.

Great toilet!

Purchased at Home Depot who had large selection. Picked middle price unit which had a long warranty and all features I was looking for. Easy to install. It is higher than the original 12 year old toilet that came with home. It is slimmer and does it ever flush and refill quickly.
