Great asset!

A delightful addition to our bathroom! Keeps towels dry; does not put out heat into the room (a PLUS here in the Deep South from May to October); and is pretty much left on 24/7, never changing temperature. Also not so hot as to burn the fingers of little ones, though they’d snatch them away after a quarter second!

Love this. Its a great size and the bars are spaced well to hold towels. The colour matches the other oil rubbed bronze plumbing fixturesfaucets well.

sale means refurbished

Got it because it was on sale. There weren't any mentions about refurbished item or so. Received it in 10 days which is good for Canada. Packaging was obviously unprofessionally done means it has been shipped before. Returned? Refurbished? It would be nice to have this information beforehand. Nice product, overpriced when not on sale, on sale means returned item.
