Love the design and needed it for the bathtub.

No internal parts included.

I was hoping to use the spindle & clamp from my previous bathtub spout, but it did not work with this Design House bathtub spout. I spent 1 hour on the Home Depot online chat, but the HD rep could not find any parts for me to buy (neither at Home Depot or anywhere else) that would allow me to install this Design House bathtub spout. Super disappointed. Am returning it to HD, and buying the Everbilt instead.

Not worth 1 star - NOT a "slip fit" spout

Based on the specs listed for this product and the price, I thought this was a true "slip fit" tub diverter spout. What I received was literally only an oil-rubbed bronze spout cover. There were female threads inside for a threaded connection, but there was nothing else inside the cover. There was no slip fit connection sleeve, collar or anything else that would allow me to secure this cover to the pipe using an Allen screw the way a true slip fit spout would. Hope the store/manufacturer updates the product description as this IS NOT A SLIP FIT DIVERTER SPOUT.

This was cheaply made & one piece wasn’t even the same finish as the others!

Exactly what I needed. 10 min job

Old diverter was totally corroaded due to hard water. After a vinegar soak, it removed all the deposits and actually made the diverter worse. Picked up the new diverter + 6" brass pipe and the whole thing went back into the wall in 10min.Perfect fit and diverter worked on the first try!

Spout should come with a faceplate/ covering as a set. It would make more sense to have it as a complete unit.
