turned the show on and it leaks from the top through the bladder that is in between the two metal pieces that holds the show in place

I would not purchase it because the supply tube is 10 inches long and the head is only 8 off the celling you have to curl up the supply tube and it looks like crap. And my dum but bought two of them.

love this shower

was hesatant to buy based on other reviews about it losing heat due to the size. used the tip from one reviewer and cut a piece of 2" closed cell polyboard to place on the back to help insulate it. it worked great. have had no issues with cold water on the outside edges.

Client loves this rain head. It really fills the shower and looks awesome. Be sure to run large enough water lines to get good flow with the other shower heads in your shower. The only difficulty we had was that the center line that runs the water to the shower head is not very nice looking with the rest of it. We found a plumbing piece at the store we could put over it, but this could be improved. Depending on the set up in your shower, you may not even be able to see this part.

2nd one I've bought!

Great rainlike flow as long as you have enough pressure and water flow. 2nd one I have owned! First one split a seem after 5 years and am replacing it since i like it so much. I found that if you remove the water diverter in the intake you get much more pressure rather than a dribble!

Disappointed

I purchased this for our new home last year. We don’t use it because it only drips water out of some of the holes. I’ve adjusted water pressure from 65 to 85 and it doesn’t help. It shoots water in all directions and it’s warped. I would replace it but then we would have four holes in our tile ceiling.

It's big, it's pretty cool, but...

this thing is huge. i have a very large shower and wanted a 2nd head that would really take advantage of the space. This works well. A lot of water coverage. I don't use it much though...here's why...

A warmer shower

The stainless top is a huge heat sink which warms the ceiling and cools the water. I purchased a two foot square of one inch thick dense pink insulation. I cut to 20”/20” size and cut corners to clear upright tubes, cut center hole to clear water feed, and cut panel in half for assembly. This could be made as part of the packing material. Outside of this change I think it is perfect. P.S. this material is paintable.

worth every penny

bought this for a remodel, was my only requirement for the bathroom, and i was not disappointed. We love it!!! Not an everyday user, but when you want that relaxing fun feel, its awesome! Would definitely do again.

Looks good if it works as promised

water is coming out as slow as droplets in most holes. Steady flowing on a few but definitely not on all as shown in the picture. Water pressure is not the issue. i have at least 55 psi. Currently coordinating with customer support. Hopefully they can resolve.

We love it. We redid our whole bathroom with Tazmania rain tile. To bad I can’t send a video of the whole bathroom.

Leaked after a couple weeks

I bought this for a remodel due to its size and great price. I was a little disappointed when I saw the supply hose was a lightweight, cheap corrugated flexible hose. It does not look good. Also, the supply line and support brackets are all chrome and the head is a stainless steel finish. We had ordered brushed nickel shower trim, so the support brackets and hose do not match the rest of the shower hardware. In any case we figured we had already bought it and would install it to see how it looked. We had it installed by a licensed plumber. It was working great for about two weeks until we noticed some water damage in the ceiling. We went in the ceiling and realized the supply hose had already started pitting and developed a pinhole leak. Customer service was great and very accommodating, but I would recommend planning on using a nipple or other supply for this head. The function of the head itself (in the two weeks we could use it) was great. The price compared to other rainheads was great (which is why we bought it), but they should ship matching hardware and a better supply / nipple. If they raised the price to cover the cost the of the nipple matching finish on the hardware and included it and I would rate this a great value and great quality.

Great product

Product was installed by professional plumbers. Very pleased with my purchase. Make sure you have at least a space that is large enough. I purchased the 24" product and I recommend an area that is at least 4'x4'.
