I was amazed by the quality and delivery of 2 unfinished door slabs that I bought and installed. They were much better quality than I got in the big box stores and they arrived in excellent condition. The packaging is excellent and protected them from any dings. I bought 5 slabs in HD. They always had some imperfections that had to be sanded out and the moulding always had gaps that I had to caulk over. These were so tight that no caulking was needed. I trimmed 0.5" off the side and 1.0" off the bottom without any problem.

These are the only solid doors made of pine boards I have seen for less than $1000 online or in big box stores. Many others are listed as "solid wood" but have MDF, manufactured or "engineered wood". At about $200/ea they're a fantastic value! Thanks Wayfair!

THE QUALITY OF THE SOLID WOOD SLAB DOOR WAS VERY GOOD. THE COLONIAL STYLE WAS AN EXACT MATCH TO THE EXISTING 50+ YEAR OLD DOOR. I WAS ABLE TO MODIFY AND CUT SEVERAL INCHES FROM THE TOP AND BOTTON OF THE DOOR THAT ALLOWED ME TO REPLACE THE EXISTING OLD AND DETERIORATING WOOD DOOR. I'VE PRIMED AND PAINTED THE DOOR WHITE TO MATCH THE EXISTING DOOR AND IT LOOKS GREAT! I ALSO NEED TO MENTION HOW WELL PACKAGED THE DOOR WAS SHIPPED IN. I REALLY APPRECIATED THE WEATHER RESISTANT PLASTIC WRAP THAT PROTECTED THE DOOR INSIDE THE CARDBOARD BOX.

Beautiful/affordable solid wood doors. They are freshly cut and untreated. I haven't finished them yet but am loving the feel, weight, and security of a real wood door (it's also a better at blocking noises).

This pine door worked out very well. We burned it with a torch and it looks amazing. It’s very well built. Very sturdy as you’d expect from a solid wood door.

Doors are first quality, and finely sanded. Just a quick once over with 320 grit and ready for finishing. I stained mine with a satin finish and added bronze clavos for a nice Tuscany look.

Sanded, painted the doors (2) in the middle of April 2024. In the past few weeks, I am seeing cracks developing in the corners. Either the wood was not completely dry upon arrival or construction was/is defective. I had them indoors for couple weeks before painting. I now need to scrape the paint, calk the interior corners (all of them are cracking) and repaint the doors. Very frustrating.

These are great solid wood doors. They jave a tendency to have damage, even though well packaged. Since I was painting them, was easy to patch, except corner edges, which never look quite perfect.

Well packed and quick delivery. Solid, heavy door. Will be a great replacement to my cheap hollow door. I'll have to trim it a couple inches at th top and bottom, but there are Youtube videos suggesting how. Great price over home improvement store prices. Will probably buy again for the rest of the house, but on a budget right now.

We were shocked to find that Wayfair is the only place we could find these doors. While a lot of work needs to be done to be able to install them, they are exactly what we need. The quality is good and, luckily, they aren't damaged as there were footprints on the packaging.

Great Value- great product! Couldn’t be happier. Purchased two to make a set of French door into a bathroom in our short term rental. Been installed over a year and are still fantastic!!

It's a nicely finished door at a good price. Note however that "solid wood" only means that it is not hollow. The door is made of a mixture of plywood like strips and veneer. Although the door is marked as trimmable, you can only trim the top and the bottom, not the sides. Not recommended if you're trying to fit into an existing frame, only for new build or where you can adjust the frame around the door.

These doors are great! Replaced hollow core luan doors in my house that was built in 87’ and what a difference/upgrade! I believe I will eventually white wash them as pine tends to yellow over time and I like to see the character knots/grain of the wood but for now I’m enjoying them as is.

The manufacturer chose to use cheap, thin scraps to build us an absolutely this is not trimmable. On one side, there is only an eighth of an inch veneer and on the other side somewhere within the 1st inch I hit pieces. Accordingly the thin straps that they used to build this with show on the sides. Any good manufacturer would have used at least a 2 1/2 or 3 inch strip on either side so that they are truly trimmable. Very disappointed. If you don’t have to trim this and you can put it up exactly as it is it’s probably four stars for the money because the dimensions were otherwise correct. But again if you’re going to manufacture a door with quarter inch half inch and 1 inch strips on outside you cannot say that it’s trimmable!

I was very impressed with the Colonial Paneled Solid wood door I purchased through Wayfair. When I compared it to the big box stores, Wayfair saved me $1K. The Shipping was very fast and I was impressed with the quality of the wood. Would recommend and purchase again without hesitation.

For our kitchen pantry door, I wanted something with a little personality, but also something of solid construction, b/c it would be opened and closed constantly. This door has turned out to be perfect! It comes in a variety of widths. It is solid wood with beautiful grain should one want to stain it and let the grain show through. It actually pained me to have it painted. The detail-work is on both sides of the door which is nice. It is the door only; no handle or hinges. It arrived very quickly
