Missing Parts
Product came missing multiple parts. I reached out to customer service and they sent a replacement… that also came missing the parts i needed. I ended up just going to lowes for some of the items but i was unable to add the roof addition because i could not find rods that would work. I once again reached out to CS and i got $70 off. Purchase at your own risk
A Mess
The instructions only has pictures. Some of the metal pieces had cut outs where holes should be punched out but the holes were not actually punched out.
