good quality no frills faucet

I started using this faucet on my rental properties after having quality issues with Delta faucets. have installed numerous since 2016 with absolutely no problems. Just ordered 8 more from zoro.

The facet leaks at the spout and once removed will be returned.

It works, but the sprayer has a really weak flow compared to some other sinks I have used in the past. Water leaks out the top at a slow pace when the water is turned on, even after replacing the parts that were provided to me by American Standard. Do not recommend buying.

Good basic faucet with a nice, clean look, and a solid feel. Very easy to install. We’ll see how it holds up. It’s replacing a Price-Phister that developed multiple pinhole leaks in the spout after just a couple years. I assume it was defective casting, but I’ve never seen anything like that before.

This colony pro 2 -Handle standard faucet with swivel spout in polished chrome was one smart choice for me. Uncomplicated installation. Very sturdy. Modern looking. Nice finishing. When I was done, it looked great and functioned as designed. You can get lost looking at faucets both at the stores and online. But this faucet is well worth your consideration. Thanks Home Depot.

This Colony 2-handle American Standard Kitchen branded faucet is a builder grade kitchen faucet and given reasonable care should last for a few years before replacement o-ring kit or ceramic washerless cartridges are needed.. American Standard uses washerless ceramic disk cartridges which were once guaranteed for life however no longer comes with such a guarantee. When this "guaranteed for life" warranty was in effect I made it a point to convert all my faucets over using their washerless ceramic cartridge designs. I have a older American Standard Colony kitchen faucet (Model 4275.500) which is over 12 years old and while it is still showroom new in appearance however it has gone through 2 replacement sets of their washerless ceramic cartridges. First time when dripping occurred American Standard graciously mailed free replacement cartridges. It took a little prodding when the replaced cartridges started dripping 3 years again. I then had to provide original paperwork (invoice and documentation alludeind to a guaranteed for life warranty) alluding to their "no quibble" guarantee. Downstairs bath using very same American fixture after 4 reliable years also started dripping water. This second time I requested a replacement set American Standard balked and put me through a lengthy interrogation before reluctantly mailing me the second set of cartridges. For those who have kept all their paperwork and invoices they are now useless as American Standard pushes back when you attempt to have them honor their "drip-free" lifetime guarantee never to fail cartridges.
