[Rewarded Review] A good choice for a simple, but versatile shower head.

This shower head does the job. I even like the filter idea. The installation took me all of five minutes and it matches the theam of the bathroom. My kids love the option for adjusting the shower head to their hight, or even taking out the head to get a little more water under arms or whereever is needed. (Helps with cleaning the shower too!) There where too things I didn't like. The extra weight of the filter in the top shower head makes it pivot down if you bump it. This means adjusting the flow option is a two hand job. There may be a way to tighten the that pivot point, but I can't seem to find it. The second thing is that I had crack in the bottom joint. My packaging was broken, so it may have been damaged in shipping. (A little epoxy fixed it, now it just needs some paint to hide the epoxy.) Finally, I do wish there were some more options on the spray selection. Most options are minimal spray, only one setting is a broad enough spray for what I would consider a shower and there isn't a combination option. (But then I usually only use one setting anyway.)

Works pretty but you can not use both heads at once. It's an either or, overhead or hand held. Took awhile to get it.

Received Open Packaging

Had no confidence in having a working product if installed. Packaging of item was open and loose in the box. Lifted out of box, shower head fell to the floor. Unsure if all parts needed were inside. Returned. 2nd time this has happened at Lowes (first time was a ceiling fan bought in-store).

Should work better

The topmost shower head will not stay in an upright position. We have written to the company over a week ago and have heard nothing back. For almost $200, ($184) I expected better.
