Great looking faucet but quality could be better

We installed this five months ago it’s working great. But the top cap (part 1192910) of the upper faucet keep falling off. It also appears to be plastic with a metal looking finish. I wonder if it had become out of shape because of the heat. It still works but it’s annoying and looks bad without the top piece

Works as you would expect

Worked great until it failed

We bought this 4 years ago and then it failed completely and flooded my kitchen. Something used no more than a couple times a week should have lasted longer.

Pot filler still in box. It's for a new construction and not yet installed. I look forward to using it and hope the looks and quality is everything I desired

Nice but defective

While shipping was super quick wondering why they have so many in stock and I can' get from Kohler or any bathroomshowroom/ supply I went to. The piece I received is defective and Kohler is replacing but taking forever since it's not in stock. My kitchen was completed in November and I'm still waiting for this to come in from Kohler as replacement.

Kohler Artifacts Vibrant Brushed Moderne Brass Pot

Bought the unit early to avoid "unavailability". Just installed. Leaks at first swing joint from wall escutcheon.

Love, love this Kohler Artifacts pot filler!! It’s stunning in my new kitchen renovation. The warmth of the polished nickel finish is beautiful! Makes a statement above my range!

Poor professionalism

I fell in love and ordered this pot filler in March and still have not received the item. I also ordered the matching faucet and received it 1 month later. I’ve called Ferguson and I’ve been told I will get a call back but, that has not happened. I am at a loss on ideas of what to do. I hope no one else buys this faucet if they need it right away. My house is completely remodeled and I’m still waiting for the stupid pot filler… I purchased the “vibrante titanium” one.

For the price l paid for this product, l was expecting something bold and extremely beautiful. It’s brass, but nothing to boast about. Also, it was delivered with dripping water from inside the faucet. Did l receive a used product upon receipt? I paid for a new product.

Love the quality but watch install height!

This pot filler is substantial, mechanism works smoothly. But it’s higher than many others- so be sure you install at correct height. I got mine too high. :(

This is a solid piece of work. Gorgeous and heavy.

I love my pot filler! We bought it in oil rubbed bronze and it is stunning and classic. We also have the faucet from this line. Very happy with the choice.

Amazing Pot Filler

This is the most amazing pot filler and when it arrived I opened the box and my heart skipped a beat! It looks gorgeous in my new kitchen. Love the brushed bronze color and solid brass.

After two years both handles are lose

No surprises. Great value for the price.
