The bottom line is that we love them.

Amba Freestanding units arrived very soon after we ordered from Only Towel Warmers. However, there was a mix-up in the type of finish sent to us. We contacted the company, and they immediately sent us the correct ones before repacking the originals back to them.

Does what it's supposed to do.

Love this rack. Towels dry quickly and are cozy warm on a winter morning.

Broken before 1 month

Nothing better than a warm dry towel when you get out of the shower. I live in FL and humidity is a killer. This dries my towels so they don’t get musty.

Worked good for a while

The heated towel rack looks good, worked good for about 5 months and then nothing, get out of the shower and towel warmer was no more, cold towel, 1st world problems I know...... switch lit up but no heat.

Can't speak to longevity as it has only been running for a week, but I'm pleasantly surprised with the amount of heat it produces and the warmth of the towels. I didn't know I wanted warm dry towels, but I knew my wife did. I'm a convert, this works excellent. I'm only giving it 4 stars though as they powder-coated the threads in the rack so the bolts would not thread in. I had to chase the threads with a tap to clean them up, and then the legs bolted right on. Not a big problem if you have the metric taps, but definitely not something the consumer should have to do.

Works well. Nice to have warm towels.

Worked well for me in a space where I could not hang the towel warmer on the wall.

Great product! Our towels are toasty warm.

Lightweight, contemporary styling, exactly as specified online. Heats towels quickly. The only think I would like to see is timer so that I can schedule on/off for when I need a warm towel.

Great the five months it worked

Bought in November, 2022. Worked great until it didn't in July, 2023. Way too expensive to last only 8 months.

Very good and works great. Easily dries two adult towels. That was at first but it just broke this past May 2023. Stopped working.
