The adjustable length of this light allowed my to get it to the perfect height above my kitchen table. The globe is uniformly translucent and the chrome looks great too.

Great light, looks different to the one advertised, but I kept it anyway

Not exactly as the photo advertised

Ordered a second lamp for my hallway to co-ordinate with one I purchased 2 years ago same model. The photograph here is not accurate as the ceiling mount does not have the rings as shown but flat no detail. In addition there is a "ring" attached to the ceiling mount there the wiring is threaded through before it does inside the vertical solid pole. The metal col has a red tint more antique copper than brass in appearance. Shade is accurate in shape and color.

I love this light! It has excellent workmanship and was easy to install and looks beautiful! Arrived much sooner than was estimated. It makes me nostalgic of my elementary school days every time I look at it.

New lamp with a vintage look.

This older style lamp looks and works perfectly. Nervous about ordering something on blind faith, but was relieved that this purchase met or exceeded expectations for appearance and ease of installation.

Perfect in Historic 1930’s Building

I bought two of these lights for the common stair of an historic building. They reinforce the design concept well, and are well made, sturdy, and generally lovely. The light is diffuse - one of the advantages of the enclosed globe. When you look up, you’re not looking into a bare bulb. I would use them again, even on a non- historic project.

Bought three of these for a kitchen remodel and I wasn't confident I would like them. But they look awesome, I love them! They were just the thing to add that finishing touch.

My favorite school house light!

This was used in my kitchen. I love the vintage look of it. It's a statement maker! I like that it comes with different rods to extend the length if needed. The only problem was that the rods were very narrow inside and it made it difficult to thread the cord through it. But, once it was hung, I fell in love and am very glad to have chosen it.
