Idescriptiin of the product is way off. It states it comes with the controller and I never received the controller.

Its not quite powerful enough to warm up our bathroom... It looks good though.

I usually try to avoid shopping on line but it is increasingly difficult to find some items in the real world and be able to check out their suitability for your needs. I ended up returning the item I ordered, but the people at Plumbing Online were as helpful as possible and the return was hassle free.

Oh, yes, we love our towel warmer! My husband and I recently downsized, bought a little fixer-upper and redid the kitchen and bathroom. My husband's only requests were for a wine cooler in the kitchen and a towel warmer in the bathroom. Since budget was a concern, he went on-line and picked out the cheapest towel warmer made. It was hideous. Absolutely hideous. There was no way that I was going to have that in our beautiful new little bathroom. I went on-line and did a lot of research til I found the beautiful one made by Amba. It was listed as twice the cost but I didn??t care since I wanted my husband to have this touch of luxury, but not at the expense of beauty! I went ahead and ordered it, and AHA, it was on sale! Everyone was happy!
