Loose glass in stove door.

I am using the stove about 4 months and now during using an oven, the inside glass in the door (one of 3 )got loose and fell down so my wife couldn’t open fully the door. Luckily the glass did not shatter. I have no idea how the glass could get off the bottom holding clips. I had to unscrew the top holding trim to put it back. To make sure it will not happen again, I made up two SS L brackets (see pictures) and placed it under the existing screws on the bottom.

Our glass in the door shattered and completely fell out. Completely unusable after only 19 months. Do not buy.

I'd like to love it, but....

We are on our second stove- first one arrived smashed to pieces, & our local store reordered it, no problem there. It's a great looking little stove- BUT after 2 days of use the hot surface indicator light never goes off for one of the burners- not a huge deal, but it inspires a lack of confidence in the overall electrical wiring of the stove. I tried to obtain service thru the warranty- which Unique denied- now, we live in a very remote location. The cost of the service would not be worth the cost of the stove- told us to return it. Again??? For a company that supposedly specializes on off-grid appliances- not good service, not good quality. I'm currently hoping that ta the very least Unique will send us some replacement parts, so that we can try to fix it ourselves. I really like the stove- it's solid, sharp looking, great size- but if a brand new item doesn't work as it should... and the manufacturer says "Not our problem"... it's a shame. So buyer beware! I love it, wish I had total confidence in it.

[Rewarded Review] Impressive Range!

The Unique Prestige electric range is impressive. There is a lot packed in this compact appliance. Everything you’d find in a standard size range is in this one as well just smaller. The four burners heat up quickly and do not feel too close together as I feared. The interior of the oven is surprisingly roomy, but obviously not as large as standard ones. Mostly, I’d say it looks fantastic. Quality stainless steel, firm black knobs, hefty handles, smooth glass cooktop. What’s not to love?! It goes well with my 24” Unique aqua frig too in our rec room kitchen.

[Rewarded Review] Stunning Electric Range but Small!

The Unique Appliances Prestige 24 in. 2.3 cu. ft. Electric range is one beautiful appliance! The stainless steel is stunning to behold! I give it high marks on everything, including quick heating with clear temperature markings on the dials! I only wish that the description would have mentioned efficiency sized or stated that it was not standard sized. My old stove was 30 x 36 inches and 26 inches deep, with a 5.3 cubic ft interior. The Unique range was visibly smaller, measuring only 24 inches with a 2.3 cubic ft interior. The size contrast is obvious viewing the gap between the range and my countertops! This would work for a small efficiency apartment or in a tiny kitchen; however, I have a large kitchen with standard sized appliances. I cannot fit the turkey pan, muffin sheet or large cookie sheet in this range. The surface area is also reduced. Again, this is a high quality, gorgeously designed electric range! I just wish it was standard width, height and depth with an additional 3 cubic ft added to the current 2.3 cubic ft!!
