This water dispenser has moved with me several times, and is one of the few reliable things in this world! I drink water all day every day as I work from home, and this has never let me down.

I love the convenience of having cold water and hot water. We have really hard well water so it's nice that we can have good water. Still. Machine works as advertised. We love it!

Easy to set up right out of the box, literally plug in and enjoy. This water dispenser has a simple design that allows it to fit into any space seamlessly. It is easy to keep clean and also simple to change the water reservoirs out without making a huge mess. It take 3 or 5 gallon water jugs which is a nice feature. I like the option of having hot water available at any time and it’s actually really hot not just warm. What I really liked about the hot water feature was that the hot water button kind of locks so no one can accidentally push it and hurt themselves (i.e. my kids). I use this in my home gym so that I can easily refill my water bottle with ice cold filtered water when I’m working out.

My family drinks so much more water since getting this. The refills are affordable and it’s so much easier than the refillable brita pitcher we used to use. I turned off the hot portion because I have small kids and it gets HOT. It’s perfect for making ramen though!

Leaks

As soon as we turned it on it began leaking. We couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from. We returned it and exchanged it for a new one and that one leaked as well. These are poorly made, Don't throw away your money on this product.

Great Dispenser

We needed to replace our old bottom loading dispenser that was really loud and this was just the thing! I love that its flat on top so we can store cups, drink mixes, and utensils right on top. I also love how quiet it is when using it. Our old bottom loader was really loud about pulling the water up, but this one is great in terms of sound and getting most of the water off the bottom of the 5 gallon jug. It includes a night light feature thats great for the additional boost of light it provides in our dining room, but I really wish that the dispenser buttons were lit as well. Even with the night light, the buttons are extraordinarily (i.e. impossibly) hard to see in the dark and lighting them up would have been a tremendous help. On the nit picky side we feel that the dispenser part is a bit lower than ideal, but Im not as bothered by that as other taller folks are. Overall, this was a great buy for us and were very happy with it!

I have two of this water dispensers for 6 years and I've had no issues at all.

only complaint would be it shows fingerprints. We didn't have that problem with the white one we had before. Room temp. is colder than room temp. as well but overall its a good water cooler.

Damage product

I bought this item and it was delivered with a huge dent in the front of the Dispenser. I’m going to return it for a full refund.

Ad is VERY MISLEADING!!!

Looking at the ad, one would think that it includes the water bottle, and that you can use faucet water and have it filtered. Maybe I didn't read the fine print closely enough, but I DOES N OT include the water bottle. It DOES NOT filter the water. You need to PURCHASE already filtered water and then place in here to "cool" or "heat" - - worthless. I have already initiated a return

Is very quiet and we can get cold drinking water or hot water for cocoa.

Great Dispenser...missing parts

This is my second Primo dispenser and I love it. It is compact and I can control the power to hot and cold (if I want to turn one off, I use its individual power switch). What sets this apart from other dispensers is the 3 temperature options of hot/cold/cool (room temp) for the water.

Great dispenser

This is a great dispenser as this is one of the very few which offers cool water apart from hot and cold water. It also has manual switches in the back to turn on hot/cold which also i think is a great feature for energy saving and you dont want it to run without having the headache of plugging and unplugging.

Good value for price, looks nice, quiet operation. Only 1 spout for all water, my old cooler had one each for hot & cold. Also like the hot, cold & room temp options.

Very Good Product

Keeps water cold and it's quite. The one feature I like most is the water release buttons are across the top of the machaine-no handles to hold and maybe get broken and best of all my 2 year old grand-daughter can't figure out how the water comes into the cup. Advantage is there's no waste. It doesn't take up much space in the kitchen and I think it's the perfect height, for both loading and using.
