Solid construction. Went together easily

Easy to install, Install directions and dimensions were accurate. Door fit took a bit of effort due to walls being slightly out of square, (my issue) Overall a good shower enclosure for the money.

Shower base was damaged badly. Glass box had major damage in two areas but glass was not damaged somehow. Estes shipping based in Richmond VA was the shipper. Danny delivered was told about damages and took pictures of outside shower glass large box. Shower base box damage was all internal brakage.

We ordered this shower kit when updating an outdated bathroom and we love it. But it did NOT come with a corner shelf as describe, which is really frustrating. Unfortunately it was a couple months after receiving the kit before we were able to install it, any by that point it was too late to do anything about it.

We reviewed many different shower cabins and got worried out leaking, etc. This one’s been perfect. Had a professional install so can’t comment on that aspect.

Dreamline website Information confusing

After online ordering a Dreamline 36 x 36 shower enclosure, I received a 34 x 34 shower enclosure with a base of 36 x 36 inches which I did not realize until we began the installation process. This is not what I was lead to believe from the website information. After returning the kit to the store, I had the "bath" Home Depot staff order with me so it would be correct, I thought I must have ordered wrong the first time. The second time I got the same small shower enclosure which was not apparent until we got it home and dismantled the heavy boxes which do not state the size of what is inside. Another return to the store! This fiasco involved multiple calls to Dreamline, Home Depot and carrying the nearly 200 lb. product up and down stairs twice. I finally got the right order number from the Dreamline associate as I was very nervous about making a mistake for the third time. 3 mons later we are installing the 38 x 38 inch shower which is really the 36 x 36 inch enclosure. Be careful when ordering! I really wanted this shower kit as it appears to be high quality. It was the information that was confusing.
