Bad hinges and install manual

Hinges would not stay level, seems bent like the weight of door is too much for the hinge. Install manual does not adequately describe install procedure (professional installer couldn't figure out the hinges).

It is beautiful! Our contractor is concerned about how well it will hold up over time, as there are not many places it connects to the wall and it is heavy. Time will tell...

I really like look of shower but i think our installer was not the best as it leaks under door.

Great shower

This shower is great especially for the price! It is packaged well and was delivered with care. The glass is excellent quality. Instructions were easy to follow for install. The glass took a little bit to figure out but it looks really nice. We needed up needing to get a shower head extension to allow the water to aim down more than out because of the size and the water spraying through the small opening at the bottom. I dont really care for the glass supports that mount to the wall but other than that, I’m very impressed.

The corners at the door leak a small amount and...

The corners at the door leak a small amount and can not figure out how to stop it. Other than that it looks great. Make sure you tighten everything super tight or it will not shut properly

Best purchase I’ve made in a long time. Not only is the door stunning but the customer service is by far the best experience I’ve had in a very long time. I had hired a contractor to gut and rebuild a bathroom who was horrible. The contractor butchered everything including my beautiful new shower and installed the door crooked. Once I realize this contractor was ill-equipped for the job I contacted Dreamline and asked them for replacement shower lining pieces (The rubber/plastic pieces that keep the water inside the shower) because the contractor had cut them and threw half of them out. I contacted dreamline via email and received an email within hours that they have shipped me new pieces under warranty. I didn’t even know I had a warrantee with this product. Once the door was installed properly I couldn’t be more happy. it’s a beautiful product and they made everything so seamless and worry free. Thank you Dreamline!

[Rewarded Review] dreamline prism lux shower stall

Once installed and used this shower door leaked horribly.I called the manufacturer and they advised me of proper antiwater strip installation and said some leakage was possible. After I readjusted the strips the leakage improved but is still unacceptable.( A shower door that leaks, really?)It still leaks while showering and when you open the door it sweeps more water out on the floor. I have to lay a towel outside the door to soak up water while I shower and mop up when I open the door. Its a beautiful shower but I'll trade looks for performance any day. I would not advise this shower at all.
