We ordered these to update two bathrooms. We needed water efficient toilets and one, in particular for a narrow space. These were as promised. Easy to install, they look modern and the dual flush works great. We really like the soft close top. The seats are easy to adjust.

Toilet works great. Appearance is as expected. The seat is totally inferior to the quality of the toilet. It is cheap plastic that moves around and is very uncomfortable. Please match your toilets with equal quality seats. I will purchase another seat.

I was specifically looking for a toilet that had a low tank in order to put this below the window sill in my bathroom. This was a perfect fit. I love the modern look of a one piece toilet though the install is a touch more difficult.

We loved the features of this toilet, and once installed it looks sleek and modern, and easy to clean as it is all one piece and smooth-sided. We have installed several toilets over the years and this was by far the most beautiful but the most difficult to install for a retrofit in a cramped water closet. Can't see the screws in order to line up with holes and it is very heavy as one whole piece. It took several attempts. We may consider purchasing again if installing in a new build or reno with space around where two people can lift and hold to find the holes, it could be easier than our situation was. The other issue over the past several months is that the two screws that hold the seat and lid come loose causing the seat to swing for side to side when you sit down. It's been tightened several times but never strong enough to be permanent. It looks great, operates/works without issue.

What an improvement from the builder installed unit. Elongated comfort height is much more comfortable than the original round standard height. So far with just a few weeks of use the flush technology also seems to be an improvement. No clogs so far. There was a minor issue of continuous water flow at installation and shortly afterwards. However this seems to have been caused by debris in the system. A few very tiny pieces of Styrofoam were found in the reservoir tank that may have been the problem. All is well now that the system has cleared the debris from the tank. Loving the soft close toilet seat.

I recently installed this toilet and it works great! I really like the water saving function of the two different flushing options. I did need help installing this to get it correctly over the bolts. I really like how the bolts are hidden inside of the toilet. Just make sure you have enough room in the back for the water line to come in.

This toilet has taken design in a new direction. It is very sleek and stylish and certainly designed to provide all components in one purchase. The toilet comes with the wax ring and toilet seat, which is a nice touch. I am a little concerned about replacement parts in the future, as I will definately have to buy the specified Deervalley components. The seat is elongated and a nice size for larger individuals. It feels wider than a normal, elongated seat. It is also a soft close. The only component that I am not crazy about are the plastic escutcheons that come to cover up the holes in the base. They do not blend in as nicely as they do in the photo on line, which is a bit of a design miss. These should be looked at a bit more to make them more integrated.

It works well, wish it came with the option to have black hardware. For the price I paid, it can’t be that difficult to make. I spray painted mine but it’s chopping off. I’ve been looking everywhere to replace the flusher button to a black one. There are tons out there but none fit this one. Such a small thing but I didn’t buy this toilet again for my other washrooms for that reason!!! I like the height of the seattoilet and the soft close. I like that the seat comes up easily to wash!!

Although easy to clean from the outside as advertised but when you flip up the lid, it is extremely hard to get to the bottom corners to clean due to tiny space. I had to use wet q-tip to push through to get in there and had to be really careful when pulling it out making sure the cotton would not come off else it would stay in there forever. Also, a price tag of almost $400 is not worth it for this. I had recently bought a couple of nice $200 toilets with the powerful flush technology for my other two bathrooms and they do the job equally good.

While we were curious about how our toilet would be shipped and delivered in one piece, we were amazed when it arrived. Our purchase was delivered on the designated day, an enormous box left outside our front door. After we moved it inside, and we began to unpack it we marvelled at the ingenuity of its packaging. Our toilet was surrounded by moulded styrofoam pieces that protected it from damage.
