Needed something that could quickly make hot chocolate for a large crowd and this coffee urn did the trick! Went to a bricks and mortar store and found a smaller one for the same price so it was actually a steal buying this on amazon.

this is a great product for many reasons ! we love to use it when we have people over and it holds alot of coffee so its great for a large crowd. it looks super sleek and will fit in anyones space or at any event

Had something very similar a very long time ago and loved it. Can't find it anymore. Would really love to try the newer version and have one again. Glass carafes break easily and stain a lot. Regular coffee pots require major cleaning,which several parts are hard to clean. The Hamilton beach is so much easier.

Not Hot Enough

Watet temperature peaks at 81C (approx.190F) which is not horrible. Once the green ready light goes the urn does not keep the water hot. The temperature drops to 70C (approx. 172F). What should be hotwater is luke warm.

I have one of these for family gatherings as we are all coffee drinkers. It keeps it nice and hot and less hassle then a 12 cup coffee machine.

Can't say much but heard about it's quality and best to use in office or in work. No cons as it keeps coffe hot for hours and ease to pour. No improvement needed. It's affordable and need it in working places. According to its manufacturer's names I recommend it
