Great concept but fell short with filter quality

I bought this product because it felt like everything I needed in a water dispenser is there. Great design, dispenses different water temperatures and dispenses filtered water with the filter already installed in the device. However, the quality of the filtered water was not up to par with my expectations. I was disappointed because my expectations were high with this dispenser but it fell short.
