I was upset when my old dishwasher gave out, didn't want to spend the money right now, but now I'm glad it gave up the ghost. My new dishwasher is so much better, easy to load, quieter than my old one, and the dishes and glasses come out shining.

I like everything about this dishwasher! It’s quiet, it cleans perfectly, and the front does not show fingerprints. The door is a bit heavier, but not horrible!

Make sure the water stops flowing after wash.

1st one kept running water due to a faulty valve, resulting in water spill overnight. Replacement cleans well, even the third rack. No valve problem.

We bought this dishwasher a few weeks ago to replace the one that was not drying our dishes. Every single time they came out soaked. This dishwasher has been life-changing. It’s amazing. Having the fan dryer technology is fantastic. Super happy customers. We’d highly recommend it.

The heating element is COVERED in rust. The installer said it would wipe off. Once I took a pic I could see how bad it was. The door does not shut correctly. 10 phone calls later. 4 promises of call back still waiting for a response for them to pick it up. They refuse to refund the install fee. There is damage to my cabinets where they screwed in wrong. They left the box for me to break down and recycle. I have been without a dishwasher for almost 10 days now. NO calls from them to pick up so I can go purchase another from a REPUTABLE company.

Runs great, but didn't last. 44 days after we bought this DW, it stopped getting water and would not run. Called customer service. They offered me a service call 10 days after the failure and are charging me for the service call!

8 months old and already the start button won’t work. Apparently we need a new control panel. It’s under warranty for another 4 months, but after that I guess any issues are my problem vs manufacturer. I do love the 3rd rack.
