Great smart ceiling fan w/light

Great fan with smart home capabilities. The integrated light is a win. It's dimmable, it sets the perfect mood for any activity. And the smart home integration is amazing. Now I can turn the fan on before I even get out of bed, or schedule it to turn off when I leave the house. Sure, a basic fan gets the job done. But this smart fan adds a layer of convenience, comfort, and style that makes my home feel even more modern and enjoyable. If you're looking to upgrade your airflow game, I highly recommend making the switch to smart!

This is not the product I thought it would be

I thought since this fan was nearly the most expensive ceiling fan on the site and by a well-known company, that it would be perfect. But I'm not happy with it. I was never sent a warranty. And a week after I purchased, it went on sale for half price and "support" wouldn't even reply to my message asking if they would perhaps consider honoring the sale.

Good fan

Can’t go wrong with a Hunter fan. Comes with the battery operated switch for no additional money Don’t love the battery idea, but I guess we’ll go with it. Hunter fans are always great so a little comprise was for the whole take the switch out of the wall in order to replace the battery thing…

Plenty of breeze: brighter please!

Overall, this is a very good fan. Quiet. Wonderful air flow. Well-designed wall control. Our only issue is that despite two bulbs, the light output is modest even at its highest setting

Quiet, clean, smart, and nice looking!

I've been waiting for some time for a HomeKit compatible smart fan with a light that also works with Alexa and Google Home, and needed a 44" fan. This was the only one I could find that met that criteria, and I'm super excited that it exceeds expectations! Plenty of light, not too cold in color. The smart home operations work very well - no issues with setup or operation. Quiet, clean, smart, and nice looking! I don't hear it at all, which is great. The dimming function on the light is subtle, in part because it fades gradually. Doesn't get super dim, but it's enough to choose your brightness level for anything except that candlelight feeling. Very pleased with this purchase!

Hunter Radeon fan

This unit requires aaa batteries in the wired light switch which gets screwed into wall. The fan or light did not want to work at first but realized the batteries they sent were dead. Install went smoothly except for the battery. Works great!

We have not installed these yet, but they are beautiful and look high quality.

Customer Support is Horrible

The “smart” function of this fan only works after you can set up an account. The Hunter computer system was malfunctioning and would not process me setting up my account. Customer “Service” to resolve this ridiculous problem has been horrible. Multiple attempts to contact them have been unsuccessful as the problem needed to be escalated to a tech department that cannot be contacted by phone. Thus far, every email I send receives a computer auto-generated response requesting the same info. Outrageous!

Really nice fan

I moved into a house with several huge, mismatched, filthy fans. I replaced them with the Radeon. It gives the home a fresh modern look and the fans are really nice and quiet. The wall switch has controls much like a remote. The only thing that I would change is an actual remote control. For the quality, features and look, I would buy them again. I bought one too many, and Capital Lighting was great about the return process.

Disappointing Experience

This is my first and last Hunter fan. I received the fan to find that one of the blade irons had 2 out of the three screw holes unthreaded. I call Hunter and of course the iron is out of stock and so is the fan. So I'm told to pick out a replacement which takes longer than it should at this point. I get the new fan, this time there were no quality control issues, HOWEVER, getting the fan enabled with Alexa is nearly impossible. I've been trying for two days. For $500 (the price of the replacement fan) this should be seamless. Save yourself money and aggravation - go with any other smart fan.

Great Fan/Light

Great fan with light for a small room. Light is brighter than I thought it would be and it dims to different levels. Wall switch is nice. Hunter app doesn't work well at all.

Wonderful new fan and light

Very quiet, looks perfect in my office/sewing room and gives excellent air flow. Couldn't be happier with this product.

WiFi issues

Was not able to configure/connect fan to WiFi or HomeKit. Very disappointed.

Great fan

I love this fan. Great fit for my dining area. It’s really convenient that it is remote (wall switch) controlled because i do not have to constantly reach over and up the table to pull chains. Instructions were easy to read which made installation easy. It has 6 blades and circulates air really good. Super quiet!

Great air movement

I love the modern sleek design and look of this fan, it blends into my decor without becoming a focal point. Installation took several hours , this included removing the old light fixture, assembling fan and placing it and the smart light switch. The directions were easy to follow and assembly went smoothly as all parts were clearly marked. At first we could not get the fan to work via the smart switch , but once we installed the app and paired the switch we can use either to turn on the fan or light. I love that it has adjustable light brightness settings and the fan speed is easily adjustable.

Great technology

I have many smart devices- but a smart fan had not even crossed my mind. Now that I've tried one- I'm not sure how I could do without it. It was simple enough to install, I only needed help as our house is older. I love being able to control so many things right from my phone. It looks nice and sleek with a matte finish.
