Return is almost impossible. Terrible Service.

Return is almost impossible because you have to ship it yourself. For the price we pay, I would expect the company to pick it up as it is an extremely bulky and heavy item. Really poor customer service compared to the brand that Kohler is.

I love it, my plumber hated it!

My plumber hated to install this toilet not only because it’s a one-piece which means it is super heavy, but because it’s very tight and difficult to install. He advised me that in the future when it needs to be repaired, he will have to remove the entire toilet. $$$ Also, he had me order extra parts for the future so they’d be around when the time comes (thankfully the replacement parts were inexpensive). So far I love this toilet! It’s beautiful, water efficient, quiet and easy to clean.

Beautiful, but...

Love:the look of this toilet and the dual flush,cleaning with the skirted and one piece design.Hate:flush buttons need to be held down to complete the flush, how much sticks inside the bowl, yuck.

It's Great if you want a Bidet toilet

This toilet is attractive and nicely designed, however the description was vague in regards to the fact that it is a bidet design with a hole in the top of the bowl and after buying an expensive bidet toilet seat cover; found it required an electrical outlet to heat the bidet water. Decided to buy a regular seat cover and that required that the hole had to be covered so water or urine could not get through to nowhere land.

The sitting area is very small and my junk touches the porcelain…..super gross

Awesome Toilet

Wish the Toilet Seat was included. Wound up getting the bidet set which is great! They should recommend or provide a recessed water shutoff valve setup to enhance the product offering.

AMAZING TOILET!

I bought two of these toilets and two bidet seats (C3-420). The bidet seat is amazing. The first time I ever used one was after it was installed in my home and I can't believe I didn't discover it sooner. The toilet includes the water connections for the seat and it even hides the electrical cord so it looks seamless and the toilet looks and functions like one that costs much more. The dual flush is nice and the flush is VERY strong. The flush is also a little loud but it makes sense considering how strong it is. My guests are thrilled that we put one in the guest bathroom too.

Missing bidet seat for a bidet toilet

The toilet showed in the description online that it came with a bidet, but it did not. When I called Lowe's to inquire about it, I was told to call the manufacturer. I called them and they said Lowe's had the incorrect description on the website, not showing that the bidet seat was not included, not giving a choice to add the bidet seat to the purchase. The manufacturer did provide me with the seat at a reduced cost because of this, but the parts that came with it where not all correct and I've had a hard time getting my contractor to attach this bidet seat to the toilet.

Beautiful Toilet

We looked forward to this toilet for weeks. It has beautiful lines (no mess cleaning) and love that it hides the cords of the bidet. Our family loves it and Koehler was a breeze to deal with directly. Great customer service.
