The toilet is great, however, this toilet requires the Kohler Bidet electric seat which is not specified in the description and was not recommended when i purchased the toilet. Without the matching bidet toilet seat, there is a visible hole on the left hand side of the toilet which was not seen in any photos of this toilet online. I feel hoodwinked as now I need to invest and install the matching bidet seat to cover the hole and that was certainly not clear when I purchased this toilet.

Welp I got lucky and found this at the Lincoln, CA Lowes with a yellow sticker for 90% off. You read that right, 90% off. At 71.02 I had to buy it, even if it turned out to be junk. It isn't junk. Other reviewer is correct, no seat and the photo is deceptive but the specifications clearly state "no seat". So I am super pleased and it works well with my powered bidet.

Picture on site show NO hole in toilet. Even after I called and sat on hold for over 30 minutes they still did not correct the picture in the listing. Horrible customer service after spending over $15,000.00 in one year on your site
I ordered this toilet not knowing there would be a giant hole on the top, which none of the pictures reflected that. Even the one with the birds eye view. I called build.com and they said they spoke with kohler and since the specs sheet attached to the link shows it there. But in the picture there shows no hole on the spec sheet as well, so go figure. When you list the wrong picture on your site it is very misleading and you should take responsibility for it. So now I spent hundreds of dollars to have a giant hole on the top of my toilet. If it was shown in the picture I NEVER would have ordered it. I emailed the rep back and called with no response. Very disappointed.
