Nice toilet, good height

It's brand new, but the seat doesn't stay attached to the base. I had the plumber who installed it take a look, and he says it's just the way the mechanism is designed. Otherwise a good toilet, but I anticipate the seat having to be replaced soon.

Do not buy

Master plumber found this very difficult to install. Once installed flush was very minimal. I foresee clogs in my future and having to buy a different toilet. This is a major disappointment and a waste of money.

Poor fit and finish. Basic design issues

1. There is little clearance under toilet. If drain flange is above floor will require up to 1/2 inch grout under toilet. Should add some installation notes to instructions.

Overall review

Looks nice but clogs very easily. Also very difficult to replace toilet seat when installed. This product (360 toilets) is installed at a hotel in SF and not happy with the results. Tech support was zero help

I purchased the Carraway sight unseen and the design and style do not disappoint. It has a graceful, compact look that fits my bathroom perfectly. I also purchased the basic bidet seat which is very functional. So happy with my purchase!!

Beautiful style and function.

I am so glad I chose this toilet, thanks to help from your salesperson, Ken, at Ferguson's in South Tampa. It looks beautiful in my remodeled bathroom. And so far it works very well. I love the higher seat and the soft close lid. They left the special plastic screws out of my packaging, so we couldn't attach the plastic lid. But I purchased a wood lid that we used instead and I like it better than the lightweight plastic lid.

Fergusons makes this kind of shopping a lot easier and they think of everything you will need!

The toilet looks amazing. Shopping picking out items was so easy and pleasant! Items shipped super fast and was packaged nicely. There is a flaw on the paint right at the front. I will try and get this rectified. We’ll see how that goes. I hope like the rest of our experience.

Great toilet

I love the look of this toilet with its smooth skirt. The style works in our modern bathroom but can work in any setting. I also appreciate the chair height and the way the flush handle works. Be aware that is a not a shiny bright white finish. Also my husband who is handy but not a plumber installed it. He has larger hands and had trouble working between the wall and toilet to install. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and would recommend it

Nice shape

So far, so good. We love the way this toilet looks and how the shape makes it easier to clean. Seems to function as expected. It is a little odd the way the handle is vertical, but not a problem. The toilet seat is a bit thin and made of plastic. Might see if I can upgrade that.

Looks and works well

Seat broke during installation

The toilet itself so far seems fine, the design is beautiful. However the seat is superbly cheap: one of the snap on caps to hide the screws won't stay shut, and the other already ripped halfway off at the attachment seam- so both are broken. VERY disappointing for such an expensive toilet!!

Toilet Review Time
