CLASSIC RECHARGE 400L LANTERN

Great size, gives off a lot of light perfect for my REI 6 person tent. Portable, stable when sitting on a table, long life between charges and after it's turned on to one of the 3 settings for about 5 seconds it will turn off without having to go through the 3 light settings plus the strobe.

Good buy for safe alternative lighting

The lamps were smaller than I expected, but was very happy with how quickly they fully charged and how well they worked. I put one to use immediately. The bright setting lit the work area very well, the hook handle was convenient for hanging it were needed. They are lite weight and easy to carry. I have used the lamp several times now and have not yet needed to recharge. Originally purchased to have for use during power outages as I would be able to recharge off generator. Very happy so far with the product.

Purchased to illuminate our table at our tent camping site. Like that it is rechargeable, small, and plenty bright to play cards by in the dark. The hook is perfect for hanging in a tent or carrying to the bathroom. Highly recommend.

Great little lantern

This lantern is great in so many ways. I love that the handle isn't completely closed because it makes it easy to carry or hang. It's super versatile because not only can you hang it or carry it, but the bottom is also flat enough to set on a table, the ground, a stump, or wherever you need light. It's very bright, but not blindingly bright. It gives you enough light to see well in a decently large area without burning out your retinas, so that is definitely a plus. I've dropped it a few times on the ground (grass/dirt) and it hasn't broken or scratched, so it seems pretty durable as well. Would recommend.

Really Bright

I got the Coleman CLASSIC RECHARGE 400L LANTERN and I’m very pleased with it. I’ve used them in my home when the power went out and it was bright enough to light up the entire room. They perfectly sit on the table but have a handle so they could be carried from room to room if needed. The charge lasts for 5hrs or more and easily charged in the car. They would be perfect for camping trips or just to light up your outdoors as well. Definitely recommend owning a couple to safely light up your space wherever needed.

Light it Up!!!

I was pleasantly surprised at how much light this lantern produces. I really like that it's rechargeable. No more fussing with fuel, no more battery purchases. I'm have the old coleman metal lanterns.They have lasted a long time!!! These are made out of a durable plastic, lightweight but strong. They're a lot easier to carry. It took a few hours for the battery to charge but last a long time. We just had some bad weather that took out the power. I was happy for this guy!!! It lit up the whole room. Well-made and I think will last for a long time.

Small and bright lantern

I am surprised on how fast this lantern charged up. I love that it doesn’t require batteries since it’s rechargeable. It’s small yet bright enough to lighten a normal sized room at home. It’s perfect and handy to keep in case of a power outage. I am planning on taking this on my camping trip. It has a carrying handle or you can hang it also.

I I bought this a month ago for a camping trip and I'm so glad I did. This is a great lantern. It has 3 different settings, and its very bright and you can hang it up so its hands free.i definitely recommend this.to every one. The quality and value are great.

a great lantern!!

This is your new must have for camping- or anywhere you need additional light!! It's small size is very surprising considering how much light it put put out- and the light is bright, brighter and brightest, depending on what level is desired. It also can be s strobe light. Never have to purchase another battery as it fully rechargeable and it's usb cord is included...With the moveable handle, one can also hang the cute little lantern, but it's bottom is flat so it can sit on a table...I just love it!

Bright

The Classic Recharge Lantern Isa very good item. It puts out bright light. It would be great for camping or to use during brief power outages. It doesn't require batteries, only needs to kept charged.

Bright and reusable!

I LOVE that I can recharge this! It offers 3 different light intensities and a flashing one. It can hook on different things. I hang it in the kitchen at night when I don’t want to wake up my kiddos. My son likes to play with it and act like he’s camping. It’s going to be great during camping season!

Great compact rechargeable lantern

This lantern was smaller than I thought it was going to be but it ended up being the perfect size for my kids to carry around. I like that the handle is metal, open-ended, and can fold down to either side. I also like that the button to turn on the lantern is large and easy to press in. I have another rechargeable lantern that is difficult for my kids to turn on because the button is so small. It gives out a fair amount of light for its small size.There is a choice of 3 light settings (low, medium, high) and one flashing setting (not sure what use this is for). The light is encased in a pretty strong clear plastic cover. I wonder how it will hold up if dropped on a hard surface though. Best feature is that it's rechargeable, so I don't have to worry about my kids accidentally leaving it on and draining expensive single-use batteries. Recharges fairly quickly.

Perfect for emergencies!

This is a perfect little lantern that is super duper bright! Very handy and simple to use. Love that fact it is rechargeable. Great for camping or to use in a not so well lit area. We had a power outage and found this very handy in assisting us in moving around our home.

great little light

The fact it is rechargeable is a great feature. There is no need to replace the batteries and it last for a long time. Gives off the just the right about light. It is small enough to be portable but large enough to get the job done.

Great Yard Accent

LOVE this little lantern! It's a great compact size for mounting on a bracket on a fence or hanging on a Shepard's hook in your yard. Would even work well on a patio or sun porch. Would also make a handy portable light source for camping. Variable brightness for total flexibility. Includes a handy USB charging cord. Can't wait to put it to use this summer.

Does the job, but a little cheap

This lantern does what it is suppose to, it lights up the space. The two intensities and the removable panels are convenient but one stopped working, on mine, almost as soon as I started using it, if it is not connected to the lantern. The description lead me to believe that the lantern was rechargeable but only the two removable panels are, when they are charged through the base, powered by 4 D batteries. If you are looking for a cheap lantern, it has good lighting power and is easy to use, although if you are looking for a good quality product, there is some better options out there.
