it is very good and durable, my only complaint is that the hole where it vacuums the dirt is very narrow, which requires previously cleaning somewhat large objects, however in general terms it does its job of scrubbing with the brush and cleaning difficult stains.

After several attempts to buy a residential rug cleaner %26 not being satisfied with the results, we'd end up going to the store %26 renting a Rug Doctor. It just did a better job than anything else we'd tried. When I saw we could buy a Rug Doctor, we made the investment %26 now skip the hassle of going to rent one. It was a bit more expensive that I'd like to have spent, but in the long run, it will pay for itself, not to mention the convenience of having it available whenever it's needed. Would recommend to anyone who has pets or kids - well worth it!
