Broke after 1 use

Worked pretty well one time, although it does take a long time for the steam/pressure to build (the manual says up to 12 minutes, was more like 20).

I bought it for my carpet don't know why it said works for carpet..but it does not work on carpet at all..

I steam cleaned my oven for the first time an it worked amazing and this is my first steam cleaner that I ever bought the only thing that gave me some trouble was the cap that was used to put water into the steam cleaner was hard to get off so I had to get plyers to take it off and then it worked very nicely so no complaints other than that and it worked very well and it came with all the attachments just like it was displayed on the website

Easy to use. Lightweight. Plenty of attachments. Cord could be longer but minor

The way the wheels attach alone are poorer quality than dollar tree toys , you have to stop every couple minutes to let the pressure build up again , definitely would NOT recommend.

Versatile

This steamer works great! Nice size tank, not too heavy. Only drawback is there isn't any water level indicator or window.

Perfect for the old, weak and arthritic

I couldn't be happier. I'm a 77 year old female with severe arthritis and spinal stenosis. My old steam cleaner had become to heavy and I couldn't turn the push and turn fill knob. I went looking for something I thought I could handle and this unit couldn't be more perfect. The knob is a simple turn and having the water in a separate container takes care of the weight problem. The water tank has wheels so it is easy to move without lifting. With this tool I am able to clean baseboards and other low items even with back issues. It is currently slow going, but I'm cleaning things I haven't been able to clean for at least two years and it should go much faster in the future. The only cons, the cord could be longer to avoid an extension cord and the toggle to turn the steam on and off is a bit difficult and is plastic. I am concerned that the plastic toggle will have a much shorter life than the unit and I will have to replace an expensive tool over a 5 cent part. It does just what it is supposed to do and does it well.

Cord isn't very long so have to unplug and move often or use extension cord with it.

it did not meet my expectations. the pressure did not last long and had to wait till it built back up pressure and it did not clean like I expected.

The steamer worked very well. I used it on our car floor mats, carpet and rubber ones. It removed dirt and stains that I had not been able to remove with other cleaners and scrubbing. Then cleaned my tile floor in kitchen and foyer with microfiber cloth that attaches to one of the attachments.

[Rewarded Review] Broke on first use.

The tip for changing the heads broke on the first use when I laid the wand down on the floor. The weight of the wand’s extension pieces broke it. Was using the straight tip with the tile attachment. Had no trouble with the angled tip and the floor attachment. This one swiveled on the tip to relieve the pressure. For the money I was pleased with everything else about the steamer.
