Sprayer stuck, continually sprays

I am so disappointed. I've had my cleaner 4 months and have used it maybe 5 times. The sprayer is stuck and I've tried all suggested trouble shooting to no avail. The only thing I can do is replace the hose and sprayer from what I understand.

What leakage

I just got this Like three days ago And I started using it, and I noticed a lot of Water leakage from the bottom when I put the water tank on. I am so disappointed in this machine I Put my trust on this machine and spent my money on it just to be disappointed in the end. I don’t know this machine probably has good potential But I don’t know why the water is leaking to the bottom. I’ve tried Everything and there is nothing on the Internet that could help me fix this issue.

Not a steam cleaner

The name is deceptive. It says steam cleaner but it is not a steam cleaner. I will be returning since what I need is a steam cleaner.

Product not cleaned well as we thought

This broke when I tried to empty the dirty water we tank after first use. The tank clip would no longer hold the tank I. Position. Returned sane day I bought it

Works well. It has good power and the 2 times size tank. Makes it easier to keep cleaning

I would buy again and again!

My car was taken care of, with ease. Did my bed and carpets too!

Does the Job!

The XL is lightweight and the tank holds enough to finish the job; with all the attachments no job is too big! I spilt tea on my cream carpet and was very pleased with ease of use and results!

Great Purchase

Used the machine on my sectional. The sectional looked new. Loved how easy the machine was to set up, use and clean. I will definately recommend the Hoover to my friends and family. You made a wonderful product. Thank you

Enjoying my Hovver

Got the machine after some miss steps but Hoover got it all taken care of with a phone call replaced a part that came broken with no hassle great customer service . Thank you Hovver

So easy to use! Great for daily messe and very user friendly. Comes with a few different nosil options for those hard to get to spots. Lightweight, compact and also has a self cleaning function !!!!

Came broken

Cracked bin and leaks from the bottom. It appeared to be brand new and sealed but I’m guessing it was a returned item. Buyer beware.

Definitely buy again without doubt

Just got my cleanslate XL deep cleaning the work this machine does are definitely fantastic It takes out the dirt instantly and removes the stains. I had some sofas that I hadn't cleaned in 1 year with the machine. They looked like new. It removes all the dirt strongly without leaving any water residue. If you are thinking of buying that machine, I recommend the larger one, it has more strength and you don't need to change the water so many times you will definitely love this machine

Large Tanks and Nice Features

The XL has good suction but it is the size of the tanks that allow you enough time to get the job done without stopping to empty the tank in mid cleaning. The self-cleaning feature is easy to use and works very well. The top of the dirty water tank comes completely off which makes it easy to clean and dry. The whole unit is light weight and caries easy even when tanks are full. For the larger capacity it isn't much bigger than the smaller version and comes with several very useful attachments.

Received defective

Poor workmanship and product leaked everywhere due to misaligned part on base of reservoir. What a pain , second defective purchase in 6 months. Need to stop buying Hoover products

Love it and has large capacity for cleaning furniture

Best little cleaner EVER!

This little Hoover Spot cleaner is by far one of the best little cleaning machines I have ever used. It is compact, easy to set up and use and easy to store. I have two indoor cats that occasionally have a fur ball episode or knock over something when I am away. The accident dries before I get home or find it. This little machine and the cleaner got the mess right up. The only thing I would like better would be a self retractable cord and on board storage of the attachments.

Great Deep Cleaner with Attachments

We used the CleanSlate XL Deep Cleaning Spot Cleaner to deep clean our carpet. We mostly have carpet in our home so this product was great in helping us get the dirt out while also fluffing the carpet up. We comes with different attachments so you can clean different areas. The product cleans deeper than the average vacuum but it's more cumbersome to use because it's wired. It's also not that light in terms of weight. Overall, I do like the cleaner and works well. I would recommend it to people who need to deep clean more regularly such as those who have pets or young children who make a lot of messes in the home.
