Good unit

The only thing I don't like about this machine is there isn't a real handle for lifting it up and down stairs. The handle on the top tank is the natural go-to, but that immediately pops the tank off instead. Outside of that, it's a great machine.

I love it

I'm so happy with this. Great quality, easy to use, and easy to clean. I did a lot of research and it rated very high on Vacuum Wars on Youtube.

this is a great cleaner. easy to use and clean. it does a great job on short and long carpets/rugs ... just takes a little more time if the rug/carpet has long strands.

Not working

I changed it twice and it does the same thing. The brushes get damaged in less than a month and it stops working. I had an older version that worked for me for 6 years. I do not recommend these new ones

I had a Hoover years ago that was super fantastic. I bought this one thinking it was close to what I previously had. It's not the same. This is a little cheaper model.

cleaned an old stain that bought seemed to get out before. the upholstery attachment worked perfectly to clean my car seats. it got out a stain that the detailer didn't get out.

Low Quality

Low quality from Hoover. Did not suction the water and dirt very well. Did not even look like I cleaned my carpet! Very disappointed! I returned this and was thankful to get my money returned!

Great Product. I Clean My Carpet each week ( Normally Twice a Month) . And it gets up every thing. Keeping my rugs Fresh and Clean

This machine is lighter than previous models and easier to fill cleaning fluid and dump dirty water. The brushes really scrub and clean the carpet well. It also seems to have the best suction I've found in home carpet cleaners.
