Bent metal
It was delivered with the metal bent, box torn apart and packing tapes numberous times. It shouldnt have ever been shipped out the qay the boxes were put together. Very disappointed and will be purchasing a different brand that will hopefully take better care of the product customers spend their hard earned money on.

Major issue with stop in middle of Runner. Had to redrill holes on runner and into wall and trip to hardware store for more screws and toggle bolts. Quite a waste of time.

Please read the capacity before using it on anything heavy. All the parts are included and needed. I used them on a wood/glass panel door and no issues. Take your time and level the track!!
