Amazing washer

I purchased washer and dryer set in April or May 2024 for over $2000 due to broken washer I had for over 10 yrs. They were delivrred with missing part in storage drawer... I iimmediately notified lowes. Now washer is extremely loud. Sounds horrible like a freight train. I do remember a 1 yr warranty mentioned with purchase od washer. I called lowes concerning issue issue and they advised no such warranty. This is a disappointment. Can't believe I paid all this $$$$ for such poor quality appliances. Brand new Washer and dryer are supposed to last for yrs.. not 6 months.
