Compact and dries fine (4 stars). Do NOT buy this from Home Depot (0 stars). Someone in delivery lost stacking kit I paid for. Took 30 days to get new stacking kit! I called 8 times! Repeatedly told it would be soon and they would contact me. Nope. Had to keep calling them. Requested compensation for 30 days of unusable appliances. Was told "The Home Depot does not offer compensation for time lost in these situations." Not even store credit. Will never buy appliances from Home Depot again.

Not Ventless & installation depends

Pleaese beware that this dryer requires a vent unlike what is written on the product details. And, if for any reason, such as delayed delivery time, you don't purchase the stacking kit from Home Depot, they will not install it for you. The customer service team tried their best to be understanding and helpful though.

Review for Delivery Service

This review is for Lowe's delivery service. I chose a delivery window of 8am-12pm on a Saturday for delivery. I heard nothing by 11:30am so I called the delivery phone number and was told I was bumped to be the last delivery (18th) of the day at 8pm. They expected me to wait 12 hours on a Saturday for delivery. They stated it was a glitch with their computer system. They would not discuss any kind of compensation with me until my appliances were delivered which would be the following day. The drivers were kind and stated they would do their best to come early but they were unable to do so because Lowe's was forcing them to provide extra services throughout the day to customer's who hadn't paid for those services. I had to cancel an important event that night. This system is not working and it's rude and unprofessional to treat customers this way.

[Rewarded Review] Great dryer for small spaces!

I bought this one in January 2024, it worked at the apartment I was but never to the point I wanted. I just moved to a new place and brought the dryer with me, updated the plug to a 4-pin and now the dryer is amazing, takes only 40 minutes to dry a full load of towels. I'm super happy with it. The only Con I would put is the price tag, is more expensive than a full size, but when you don't have the space, is the way to go.

I bought this unit 8 months ago and it has become very noisy in operation with loud thumping noises. Only use it as a secondary dryer at home for small loads. What is even worse is I cannot get service since Samsung does not have service locally. My only option is troubleshooting which will not solve this problem.

Although this dryer is compact, it has very good capacity. I really enjoy the AI features of letting you know when clothes are dry, 'just right' so you can save energy and it doesn't just keep running. The reminded to clean the filter every time is also useful and can save energy in the long run too.

Great machine. Dries fast. The sensor dry works great. The first few times we used it, it rang finished so quickly and we were surprised at how quickly and fully dry everything was. Towels, jeans, heavy items were thoroughly dry. We are impressed with this machine.
