It does a great job of washing and drying, but as I was warned, it takes a long time to do so. I really like having the extra space only 1 appliance gives me.

Game Changer

We are a Samsung appliance family. Our top-load decided it was time to retire, and the bespoke was the right price at the right time. We have been very happy to add this new selection to our Samsung collection. It is heavy duty, does what we need it to do, and I am filled with joy that I can do other things without having to go change my laundry from wash to dry. This idea was brilliant. We couldn’t be happier.

Saves time and space.

The machine works very well, and because it is a combo, it frees up floor space to install an upright Freezer where the Dryer would go. It is also super quiet, making it easy to live with.

Haven't had it long but so far I love it. It has so many options for wash and dry cycles. My clothes have come out dry every time. I know some of the reviews said that the clothes were never fully dry. Change the setting to more dry and they are perfectly dry when done.

Samsung is the only one who can get a good price for a watch that can fit a watch that has the right amount to fit in a pocket watch that can hold the wrist comfortably while sitting on a desk and can hold a nice watch in a pocket dial that can be used for more comfortable hands

Great convenience having washer and dryer combo

So nice not have to jump up soon as the clothing are washed to move them into the dryer.

I love this washer/ dryer so much!!! It’s hard to imagine that a machine can switch things up so drastically . I bought this as a supplement to my “regular” washer/dryer set and now I want to get rid of them and get a second all-in- one machine. Set it and forget it! Put in clothes before bed, clothes are done in the morning. Yes, the drying can take longer but who cares when you don’t have to change the clothes over. Complete game changer. Really smart technology.

Yikes, biggest regret.

Not sure if I got a lemon or they are all like this. But the info about "quick cycles" or "wash and dry in 98 minutes" could not be farther from the truth. This takes way longer than the average washer and Dryer. Even if it's energy efficient and uses 1/2 the energy, still not worth it when you have to waste twice as much time on each load of laundry.

The perfect combo

Amazing combo, laundry is now so quick effective and the storage is great too. I love how there are many options for personal preferences for laundry and it’s simple to use and set. Even my teenager has started doing her laundry! I like that there is quick cycles for a quick clean fresh load of laundry and half the time!

I wanted to love this but...

I wanted to love this product but I'm finding a major drawback with this all-in-one model. This machine had really good reviews so I took the plunge and bought this model that combines washing and drying into one machine. After doing 2 loads of laundry, I'm satisfied with everything but the wrinkles that my clothes have when I remove my clothes from the machine immediately after it shuts off. My first load was a very large load, so I was hoping if I made the next load smaller that, maybe there wouldn't be as many wrinkles, but I was disappointed. Samsung, if you have any suggestions on this issue, I would love to hear from you.
