Absolute garbage!!!

I didn't even get this fully installed before it broke. Part of it became stripped while I was screwing the plate on. I had to use a sawzall to remove the knob, which in turn scratched my door. Now I am out a doorknob for a few days, and my door looks like garbage. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I was looking forward to completing this project with my son, but instead it turned into a disaster.

Lock/Unlock stopped working

This product was doing well but then I started to notice the buttons getting stuck after being pressed and then the unlock mechanism went out and broke I got locked out of my garage would not recommend this product about to use a hammer to break it apart

Junk!

This lock didn’t last a week and part of the numbers stopped working. Contacted the seller multiple times and seller would not message me back. Buyer beware

I love it. Really like the switch that was on it. That automatic locks door after5 seconds.Because I have forgotten to lock at times. Than you. Thank you

Works great easy to work

THE LOCK DID NOT WORK,,,, COULD NOT COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION DUE TO SOME SORT OF BINDING IN THE LOCKING MECHANISM. NEED TO RETURN UNIT TO THE STORE.

Very neat unit. Unfortunately oversized profile of this unit clashed with the size of previous deadbolt digital unit.

It arrived broken. Had to send back for an exchange.

Overall Review

I do not feel that these are very good for use on exterior doors as there is not anything to keep water from leaking between the door and the plate that is next to the door. Like a rubber piece i have seen with some others. However you could caulk or silicone this area if you are interested in a cheap digital locking door knob. I have no complaints on setup, or function. It does work good.

Broke one when installing. And the second knob quit working after a few months. Not worth the money

Th door knob worked great at first. It relocks itself frequently. Like if you leave the door open for a bit, it puts itself back to locked position. Stopped working after 2 days and I was locked out of my house.
