Life changing purchase. I can have friends and family come check on my house and pets when I am not home. It also allows me a quicker/easier way to enter my home. During the install, make sure the deadbolt is able open and close without any friction. My lock was losing battery quick until I realized it was utilizing more battery due the door frame pressing up on the deadbolt. Great product. I took off a star because I had to recalibrate it once due to unknown reasons.

So far, this lock has been everything I was expecting, VERY EASY set up, done by myself almost without a manual/instructions and this is only the 2nd door lock I’ve ever installed. If you want it, GET it, it’s the lock you never knew you wanted!

I bought two (2) of these locks- one for my elderly mother's front door (so I can manage letting people in when I'm not in town), and one for my front door. My wife and I loved it, until ours died after just changing the batteries about 4 or so weeks into owning the lock (it was brand new). I started a warranty claim from Yale (now Master Lock - go figure), and it has been over a month and they are still making me wait for a replacement.

Great connectivity, much better than Level Lock. As an iPhone user I wanted the a smart lock compatible with HomeKit. This doesn't have "Homekey" but it does work with HomeKit/Bluetooth/Wifi to connect to your device. Geofence helps with auto lock and auto unlock when approaching the front door is great, especially with a handful of groceries.

Nice looking but the finger print feature is useless. Adding $100 to the cost for a feature that doesn't work is pretty ridiculous.

Easy to install, no problems yet with the battery life. Love the different features and ways to unlock, with a physical key backup possible in case the battery does die. Giving visitors and guests access via their own code has been a breeze.

This lock is the worst piece of smart hardware I have purchased for my home. I liked my first yale assure lock but the module got fried after a few years so the “approach” feature it had didn’t work anymore thru Bluetooth but it kept working as it needed to. I got this one because I liked the touch feature and wanted the ability to unlock quickly. However this lock is where AA batteries go to die. In a matter of a couple months I’ve had to crawl through my window 3 times because the lock died on me. 4 times I had to change the batteries in the past 2 months. Unacceptable.

The lock works fine, sadly broke down after a couple of months and Yale customer support was horrible but Best Buy triumphed at customer service and replace it for me!

I got this for my daughter's condo and it was FAIRLY easy to install. It includes templates and pretty much everything you will need. Her front door and back door were different thicknesses and it took a little bit of work in terms of that.

[Rewarded Review] Outstanding lock

Using this to replace the Eufy Security door lock. I wanted something with a bit more aesthetic than big black box on my door with brushed nickel door handle. I also wanted to be able to hand out temp keys for when family or friends stay overnight. This delivered and had the added bonus of working with homekit. I had it completely installed in about 30 minutes and completely added to my phone around an hour after it was delivered. No complaints from me!
