[Rewarded Review] No pressure-No response-No way
The worst water pressure imaginable. Nowhere near what the specs read. Sat on hold for over 45 minutes three times….sounds like the American
This is absolutely beautiful!!!! Love it!!! I always wanted a fancy faucet, and this is perfect! It has 2 different types of spraysflow, there is a filter where you can buy the replacements on Wayfair (which we did), the faucet tip comes out so that you can direct flow wherever you need, and easy to wipe down any fingerprints!
$700 a year for filters!!
We bought this faucet a couple of years ago, we liked the idea of having only one hole in the marble counter, but now we're really regretting it! Every month we have to change the filter, at F50
Can't wait to get this hooked up! Thrilled I won't have to fill up the water filter pitcher any longer.
Great Filtered Water Faucet

The design is aesthetic and functional, and the ease of having filtered water is it's best feature.
This faucet is a well built and easy to install. The filtration system is exactly what I wanted and works wonderfully. The minor change I would make it including the handle as a switch to enabling the filtered water vs tap. Hitting the button while washing dishes is annoying. But it’s minor in comparison to the access to filtered water.
[Rewarded Review] Terrific replacement faucet upgrade!
Very good looking and nice quality, single-handle, polished chrome standard faucet by American Standard. This is a brand new design with built in filter but I must say that this product is one of the simplest faucets that I have ever installed. It has a good weighted, sturdy feel and the action of the handle and faucet neck are superb. It comes with the ring nut fastener installed onto a convenient hand grip which makes it a cinch to tighten. The attached flexible water supply lines also make it extremely simple to complete the job in under 10 minutes. Water flow is just right without a splashy stream and shuts off immediately without dripping. Replaceable filter feature is convenient so you don't have to install a separate type with additional hoses under the cabinet.

A great Idea, filter and unfiltered water in the same faucet, we like it very much since it is very useful to have. The installation is best to be done with someone that knows what they are doing. The installation is not hard but since it has more moving parts just know it takes more time and extra steps. The faucet right out of the box feels sturdy and well made. The pull down function is smooth and it is long so we can wash the dishes and the sink easy. The pressure is great, the filtered water has a bit of a slowdown but it is an awesome idea to separate them both, while washing dishes it works great just as it was with the previous faucet. The filter is hidden away and it is easy to change and with the indicator I do not need to worry about the schedule on when it was changed last. The indicator is powered with the battery pack and I hope the batteries last a long time.

The quality of this faucet is very goo and the installation is a bit more involved due to the water filter but in the end it is worth the extra effort. Working under the sink is rarely fun so be sure to read the instructions carefully to prevent mistakes. The last thing you want to do is have to remove the faucet because of an oversight. I installed mine with 4 tools, 2 wrenched a screwdriver and a batery operated light. In the very first step there is mentioned a rubber washer that should be seated in the faucet stem before you run the hoses through the hole and or the baseplate that is included. Don't get that washer mixed up with the other large black washer that goes under the sink, Just look at your faucets base there should be a washer in there. The plastic hoes, blue and white are part of the filter system. The ends of those get pushed in to the matching colors on the two tee connectors. Proceed slowly and refer to the manual often and you will be fine. After all is done it is recommended to remove the aerator to flush out the lines. Here is what I suggest, f your water is flowing smoothly then skip that part. The reason is I did not skip the part, took the aerator out with the supplied too and that part was not easy. The real challenge came once I flushed the lines, no debris were in there. and tried to put the aerator back inThe aerator is a tight fit due to an O-ring washer plus it sits very deep into the faucet before it hits tIhe mounting threads. They are very fine threads, the aerator is metal and inside the faucet the threads are plastic. It was extremely difficult to get the threads started with out cross-threading them and chewing them up. I think American Standard could have done better on this part as I had to use extremes force to remove it and even more force to screw it all the way in with the tool they supplied. Oh yeah and turn of the cold water first otherwise as you are trying to hold the faucet head you are surely bound to press the filtered water button, spraying water everywhere. No warning about that in the directions. So that is why I say skip that part if you can. The filtered water is supplied through those small colored hoses so it is not full force like unfiltered water. That filtered water button on the spray head is. in my opinion, not in the best place as it is subject to getting pushed when you do no want it pushed. It would have been much better and safer to have that button on the base strm of the faucet. The filter element is expensive at around $52 and lasts about 300 gallons, the indicator light on the filter button keeps you informed of its condition. At that price for a filter you don't want to be wasting it too much. And lastly it does not come with a matching soap dispenser. So between no soap dispenser, poor design on the aerator the cost of the filter and the precarious placement of the filtered water button I think 3 stars was "generous".

Excellent quality and design! The installation is Not simple, but if you follow the instructions carefully you’ll be done in about two hours, unless you’re an expert installer. I’ve installed many faucets but this one requires more steps. The filter doesn’t require a hole on the counter, there’s an option to install under the sink. The filter replacement is sku F50. The water pressure is good, I love the faucet.

Super high quality. I'm used to the other major 3-4 brands, but now I can see and feel that American Standard is making faucets just as good. All the companies have it down to a fine tooth comb nowadays. Install was a breeze. The feel of it has lots of weight and feels of high quality & should last 15 years minimum. I like the stainless steel color better than this chrome, though!

The polished chrome finish matches our other appliances nicely and wipes clean easily. I find that the little handle on the side makes it a little harder to find that precise temperature, and is not as easy to move with an elbow or forearm when your hands are dirty, but it's the style the wife likes, so, it is what it is. Plus, I mounted it facing forward: helps keep drips in the sink. From straight up, the handle rotates more towards hot (forward, or left for us) than cold (back, or my right). The valve movement is smooth and the water run is quiet, but the spray/pour head is chromed plastic instead of metal like the faucet body. It delivers either filtered water or straight tap water using the button on the head, and you can mount the filter housing above-or below-counter. The LED light is battery-operated, so no worries about hooking your water up to AC power :-). Select spray and pour with a lever on the head, but (bummer #1) it's spring-loaded to always return to stream after you're done spraying (water pressure keeps it engaged), so if you always like it on spray when you turn it on, this faucet isn't for you. The head pulls out easily and the weight pulls it back in, but (bummer #2) there's no magnet to help it seat, so I often have to help it back up the last half-inch. That the head needs to be lined up to pop all the way back in is a small and needless drawback (bummer #3). The head does not rotate on the hose (minor bummer #4), so that makes use a little bit stiffer. Appreciate the limited lifetime warranty. Includes detailed instructions that walk you through an installation that's a bit more complicated that a non-filtered faucet (hoses AND wires). Though it's kinda spendy for a kitchen faucet, when you consider the cost and trouble of installing a separate water filter system, and add the convenience of having them in one appliance, I find it worth it. Looking forward to a long and well-filtered relationship.

This certainly looks like a nice faucet outfit. The American Standard Saybrook Filtered Single-Handle Kitchen faucet in Polished Chrome is quite the sophisticated faucet set. If you want filtered water out of the same tap as all your other kitchen water needs this is your unit. It seems to me that these faucets are getting more and more complicated all the time. This is no exception. Featured is a small filter , a lighted alexa like display to notify you when to change the filter and a battery pack to power the glowing light display. I wonder how much people will want this level of complexity in a faucet, No doubt some will think it is just the thing..

Filtered water on demand. Nice feature, especially if you need it. This faucet is tall, very fancy and can run cold water through a filter. I cannot tell much difference in the filtered water, but our water is pretty good to start with. The head has both spray and stream and of course pulls down for cleaning.

American Standard Saybrook Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet with 2-Function Sprayhead in Polished Chrome is a beautiful faucet! The Saybrook is a sleek, strong and bold design that is reminiscent of a graceful swan! There's a deck plate included if needed but it's quite beautiful with just a single hole installation.

The American Standard Saybrook faucet is really a beautiful, high quality faucet that sets the tone for our kitchen. The high polished chrome finish looks awesome. It has a pull down head with sprayer that works with a push of the button. There is also a button that you push to dispense filtered drinking water that is separate from the main water. The installation does take some time to get everything installed and then I removed the spray head before turning on the water to flush out all particles, so it would not plug up the head. I installed the filter assembly and the battery pack on the side of the cabinet under the sink with two sided tape, so that I would not have to drill any holes in the cabinet.
