I had lots of issues

I had lots of issues getting the unit up and going including swapping out the condenser package. With that being said customer support was the best experience I’ve had to deal with to date. Everything was replaced with no questions asked in a timely manner. Now that I have the unit up and running I’m very pleased with the performance and will have another one in the future!

So far, very pleased with the unit. will know more when we see how it heats in winter. HVAC pro installed in about 1.5 hours! So far, extremely silent.

I haven’t got installed yet the HVAC company is supposed to install it on 12 October or I would’ve given the better star rating Once it is installed and going, I will write a review but the Ease of purchase was great. Had a few hiccups because I wanted to send to my property in Virginia, but they were looking out for me and I cannot send it To my address in Virginia, because it did not match The billing address on my card, which is OK I know they were looking out for my security so that’s why I only give a three star for now. I hope to get it going 12 October and then I will write another review. Thanks.

It froze up after 11/2

It froze up after 11/2 years. After many phone call they sent me a new compressor and evaporated. It cost me $700 to get it installed. I regulated compensation hand not hear anything, 2243250496 John Dunbar

Good system. Working great. Only bought Senville because highly rated. Very disappointed that your warranty only covers installation and sign offs by licensed electrical and HVAC. I have done electrical and HVAC as a DIYer for years and now 69 years old. People want to charge a fortune to install a unit they don’t sell. You need to re-evaluate your warranty requirements for your systems. Not all people are idiots and some of us can do the same installation to codes as a licensed person can, sometimes even better because some people get their “license” that are clueless to knowing what to really do. As stated earlier - happy with my split system but very very disappointed with your warranty requirements!!!!

Love it! It works great

Love it! It works great and it is really nice to be able to control it from my phone. It is located in my shop where I build guitars and because of the comfort it provides I don’t want to leave my shop. It is so quite I forget it is even on at times.

Unit itself is very nice.

Unit itself is very nice. However the instructions and WiFi connection needs attention. Ended up using online videos for the install and as for the WiFi, I haven’t found any good answers.

Great unit. Worked perfect right out the box. I also purchased a 1 to three unit. Had a little trouble getting all the air conditioners to work correctly. Called for help and got Sam on the line. He walked me through trouble shooting and we discovered it was an electrical connection not full engaged. Works perfect. I highly recommend Senville. The tech support was outstanding. Jim Williams

I don't know what took me so long to buy this unit . It's made such a cooler difference in the area added on to my home . So quiet you don't know it's running . So happy with this purchase

I have an older model,

I have an older model, 9000CD from 2016, except the indoor unit went bad, so I was getting this to replace the indoor unit. Unfortunately, it is not compatible with the outdoor unit from 2016. Instead, I have to buy the outdoor unit and connection kit. It is practically a total replacement of the entire system, but it is working great now. I still have the old outdoor and not sure what to do with it.
