Product arrived with a broken wheel, cooled for about 2 months and then went out!!

received the system today and it was very easy to install and it works great. you cant always believe reviews you read. i bought 3 and i had one small problem with 1 a wheel was broke.

i have bought 6 of these for rent houses and the tenents love them for bedroom heat and air conditioning this was the first time i purchased through walmart though. everything showed up on time and in good shape

Poor instructions, shattered wheel, confused cycles

We finally got the room done that this was to go into; however, when I took the box off, I noticed one of the front wheels was shattered, nothing left, useless. Turned it on heat to start warming up the room and a LOT of cold air blew out the back of the machine where the vent hose is supposed to go to vent for the A/C part of the unit. Minimal warm air came out of the vents in the front and the temperature was set at 76. This had ran most of the night and the room was NOT 76 (probably because of the cool to cold air coming out the back), and my daughter in law said she had to empty the water out of the unit as it was full. To warm the air, there needs to be some moisture. The instructions in relation to the heat cycle are nil. It basically tells you how to set to heat and that is it. There was no section on troubleshooting problems with the heat. The vent hose has to be on and vented for the A/C, but does it for the heat? It's a great idea and would be wonderful if it worked and I was able to get a replacement wheel. The reviews were good, did I get a lemon?

Awesome Product

Great product, I accidentally got the wrong one. These people are amazing at setting me up by taking back a perfect product, but my mistake. They were so nice, and even paid for me sending it back and I was saying great product my mistake. Wow, truly nice people! This is a fantastic product, which excites me to look at other products they have!

I came across a defective products and rate this a Zero.

Worked for one season

Worked for one season. Register with Pyle (the manufacturer). Stored away inside with cleaned filters. Their tech needs to talk with his supervisor why it doesn't work this season. What!?

Avoiding buying this.

Item did not work and seemed like it was covered in oil. This product is not sold by Walmart, it is from a 3rd party vendor which is not advertised anywhere. You cannot return in stores and have to go through the seller which is annoying.

Never again

Didn't work. Came covered in oil and tech support was by far the worse I've ever dealt with!

Arrived late. Waited another week for a handyman to come install and because I read that it needed to sit in the upright position for at least 24hrs for optimal performance, I wanted it done right and turned it on and it only blew hot air! Customer service hung up on me initially. Called back and spoke to someone more helpful. Just ready for this nightmare to be over.
