This was the best price I found for this item. I had been shopping for months for 2 of them.

It is not easy to fill

older model was better

On this model the powercord is too low to the ground on the unit and i step on the cord a lot while using it. I never did this on the older model. Also unlike the older model the large mop release button is too low i have to bend down quite a bit to activate it. The older model was easier to fill with water bacause you could see the fill line while pouring water into it. Other than that i like it.

When I say I love this mop…. I love it, this is my 3rd one. Not because something happened to the mop, when I had moved I couldn’t take it and another time I moved out of sate and I thought one of my kids put it in the truck. So yeah this is my 3rd one. I can’t be without…. Y’all better go get you one…

Disappointed in online purchases

I never received one steam mop. Jayson said he would credit the missing item but I don’t see a credit on my account either.

Great Steam Mop w/handheld detachable steamer

Great steam mop. Secret to getting adequate steam is by using only distilled water. The Steam Blaster is a great feature for cleaning those extra dirty stubborn spots on the floor. Especially like the touch-free pad attach and release feature. Large double sided cleaning mop surface covers more area in less time. The high steam setting is strong and doesn't leave puddles of water behind. Haven't used the removable hand held steamer yet but judging by the great floor mop cleaning the handheld steamer will be a great accessory.

I was looking to replace a former Shark Lift Away Pro Steam Pocket Mop and found exactly what I wanted on the Wal-Mart Website. Wal-Mart seemed to have the best price and I like Shark's quality in their products.

Love this mop. This is my second one.

It’s horrible. Way too heavy and will not stand up alone. Also didn’t realize it’s not good on laminate floors. Do not waste your money
