ugh that sucks
Came without original box and packing. So it wasn't an open box at all.. It was totally repackaged by hand with bubble wrap like the UPS store shipped it not Walmart then it had no instructions manual for me to use.. Instead of simply open box the cleaners wheels were scarred like it was used.

When you place an order from Walmart, make SURE it’s actually FROM WALMART NOT OpenBox. My $175 vacuum arrived in a smashed box, in 5 pieces w/o instructions or a manual. I thought a Walmart order was from Walmart, NOPE. I’m NOT HAPPY AT ALL. We’ll see how the refund/return goes. Better be great.
Shark Lift-Away Upright vacuum
I've only used this Open Box Shark UV900 Pet Performance Plus Lift-Away Upright Vacuum once, so far. Very impressed with the suction and dirt collected from a "clean" area rug. Great on hard surfaces with the smooth front roller. It doesn't just suction, it also dusts the floor.
TERRIBLE SELLER SERVICE
Regardless of the fact that it is a rebuilt vacuum cleaner, it is too battered and has a horrible smell, full of pet hair and very dirty with the brush too worn out and it does not come with all the tools that it says in the description. As soon as I opened the box it smelled horrible.
