Great faucet head. Mine was old and crusty so the new one works great and doesn’t leak. Great value for the price!

Love the look do not love the plastic switch.

We’ve had this faucet for almost 5 years and have had to replace the head twice because the switch keeps breaking. I’d be much happier paying a bit more money for a switch that is stainless instead of plastic.

Cheap Shattering Sprayer Toggle Part

Looks pretty good, the entire faucet I mean, a black fabric hose arching through the middle of in an elegant black spring of sorts. The sprayer toggle is kinda wobbly though, cheap-feeling action, until you turn on the water, then it firms up. Inside that sprayer toggle is a part that shatters very easily, rending the sprayer inoperable, and which allows the entire toggle piece to fall out, making our bad decision of purchasing this faucet doubly obvious. We unfortunately bought this faucet for two sinks, so we know that this piece is fragile. It appears as though the only way to replace that part is to buy the whole shower head again, making it several orders of magnitude more expensive to fix than if they offered that part online. They must know it is an issue, as it happened twice with us. I know own 4 of these heads. I don't recommend them.

For some reason the replacement head has very low water flow compared to the original. Will be returning since Kraus is sending a replacement that they say will work.

Well, unfortunately, the sprayer broke but this is the only brand I’ve found that has a replacement for the sprayer so it makes it great. I don’t have to change the whole item out.

Since 2022 I replaced the faucet KFS-1 SS 3 times. I will say the last one I bought Dec 2022 lasted longer than the other. We are now Oct 24 and I need another replacement head. The small plastic sprayer switch breaks easily. It's cheap plastic. I currently have a rubber band around the faucet holding the plastic sprayer switch in place. This will be my 4th,might be time to replace the entire faucet to a different brand or find a universal part.

Kitchen sink faucet

The faucet has been installed for 12 months and the just like the other reviews here, the plastic switch has broken off. Very cheap ! Customer service was unhelpful and unwilling to replace the head. Having to buy a new spray head for $30. Hope this one lasts longer than a year. Can not recommend !!

Questionable quality

This is the second replacement for the sprayer attachment in 33 months of use. The toggle button is plastic and breaks off. Love the faucet when it’s working, but not happy with replacing the sprayer head once a year!

I've had to purchase 3 additional faucets over the last year due to the fact that the spray toggle switch breaks off after a few months. The switch is made of the cheapest plastic with only a small spot connecting with the base. Love the faucet itself, but deeply disappointed in having to replace the faucets repeatedly.

Perfect replacement

Water pressure isn't as strong as with the sprayer that came with the original faucet. There's likely an environmental water restrictor installed that isn't obvious how to remove.

Didn’t last a year before had to buy replacement sprayer head. Had to get entire assembly, even though button was all that was broken. This was not an inexpensive faucet to begin with and to already have to put an additional $25 or so in it was disappointing. Faucet looks great though.
