Excellent product. Works great with raw meat. Easy to put apart and clean. Excellent for people that like to entertain and make charcuterie boards.

Saves me money

I was expecting to send this thing back because when I took it out of the box, I didn't think it was going to work as well as it does. What I love is that we can decide on how thick or thin we want to cut things. We are completely divided in this house, especially when it comes to sandwich meat and cheeses. With this slicer, we're able to buy things in bulk which has saved us so much money but we're able to buy all the same meats and cheeses for sandwiches and we're able to decide on how thick or thin we want it. This just doesn't work for stuff for sandwiches but I prefer to make my own beef jerky and I can buy meat, freeze it and then slice it to the thickness that I want to have. This thing is amazing and gets used a lot more often than I thought it was.

Heavy duty

This slicer is great. Sliced a 5 lb block of cheese in no time. You can slice it paper thin. I did use a tiny bit of vegetable oil on the blade because it was a little and throwing it out the side. It is very solid and heavy, it is made very well. Would definitely recommend.

Works fine

I new going in that I might need to clean up the inside and re-grease everything, working the thickness setting at the smallest setting range, the slide carriage was scraping on a nut inside. so little filling fixed it. After looking at many slicers on Amazon i new what to expect when cleaning, and is simple to do.It runs quiet. So far I'm quite happy with my purchase.
