Awesome Patio heaters. We purchased two of these for our large porch. It is late November and we have been setting on our Wayfair patio furniture enjoying our Wayfair patio heaters. We actually sat outside and watched it snow all around us in complete comfort because of the efficiency and heat output from these heaters. And, they are very pleasing to the eye.

Sturdier than other brands of heaters like this I’ve purchased. Still can get knocked in high winds so you would want to use the anchor piece.

Easy assembly but the protective wrap on the reflector was brutal to get off….

Very disappointed came damaged badly damaged waiting on manufacture to respond back to ship a new one could not believe how dismantled this was when I received it couldn’t even assemble it so upsetting

I purchase a lot on Wayfair. For the most part I have been happy until recently (last couple of years). Deliveries come damaged and the quality of goods are not as good as I have know them to be. Lighting, fans, mattresses are great. Other things not so much. I purchased this patio heater and it is pure garbage. Unfortunately I don't even think I can return it cause the packaging got wet in rain so I threw it away. This thing is so flimsy. The top of heater was warped and generally the workmanship is shotty. I think I am just going to stick to certain products. I am very disappointed for the third time in as many months. Order broken bed frame, laundry sink was very flimsy and poorly made and now this patio heater. I guess I will just have to eat the cost of this heater and buy another from a different company. Just terrible quality.

Bought for my parents they love it

Item came with no screws for part of it. It does not build straight. I was told to buy screws by support from the local store and use it leaning to the right. Not sure if it’s safe with propane but cherry from customer service support told me to see if it’s can still be used.

Great deck heater

Took ~2 hours to put together but puts off a great amount of heat! Looks good on our patio.

Awesome size for backyard space. Keeps our guests cozy on those chilly nights. Keeps us outdoors more often for entertainment.
