cute but poorly engineered

we bought this stove a little over a year ago while we were building our house. we started actively using it about 6: weeks ago. the issue we have is with the oven. although the control knob points to temperatures, the oven is not thermostatically controlled. Set at 350 or below, it runs about 75 degrees hotter. it is almost impossible to get it to run at lower temps.

This is excellent for small kitchen spaces. It does not sit flush against the wall. I simply purchased a magnetic shelf that makes it appear to rest against the wall. Otherwise perfect.

Love the design of this product!!! It looks expensive and premium but it’s not expensive. The size is perfect!

Lowes Delivery and Customer Service is Abysmal

Delivery was a horror story. They forgot to take the backsplash out of the box and drove away with it. Refused to answer dozens of texts and calls over hours to bring it back. Had to demand that it be replaced. But it looked good - having two broken stoves next to each other: my old one AND my new one that Lowes broke because they were too stupid to ensure that the delivered the WHOLE stove and their delivery driver too rude and unprofessional to pick up his phone or answer a text message. Truly some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When the NEW new stove is delivered, I anticipate loving it. Let's see if Lowes gets SOMETHING right the second time.

I love this gas range. It is so cute. I have it four stars because the hinge on the oven door sometimes gets stuck the wrong way when closing. Also, I always use all burners at the lowest. It is very powerful. Other than that, amazing purchase.

Worst Stove I’ve Ever Owned

Given the price for this size stove, I had high hopes. Sadly, this has turned out to be the worst stove I have ever owned. It is incredibly difficult to get the burners to stay lit. My contractor had a hard time, the man from Con-Ed struggled with it and so did the plumber. A repairman was sent, but it still takes numerous tries to get the burners and oven to stay on and forget about precise oven temperatures. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Quite disappointed—do not recommend

The looks are cute, has nice features, but some significant shortcomings. The gas oven temperature is not thermostat controlled. It is done simply by size of flame. Flame is not turned on and off to maintain temperature. Flame is on all the time and there is little correlation between the dial temperature setting and actual temperature in the oven cavity. There is no temperature readout either. The knobs look beefy, but are made if cheap soft plastic and slip on the shaft. They could have used a harder plastic or metal knobs. Would not buy this product. Unfortunately, we were delayed with the installation and past the warranty period. I am not sure if I would ever buy a Unique brand product

We've had this for about 3 months and it works awesome. Some reviews are not positive as i read and decided to take a chance and so far has been a good choice.It fit perfectly in our Park Model trailer.

Great product! Easy to convert if you need to from natural to propane. Cooktop and oven both work perfectly. The range looks great in our kitchen too. Highly recommended. We also have a Unique appliance propane refrigerator, and that has been working flawlessly for 4 years now.

Very small oven and glass on front gets dirty in between so you can’t clean. Wish I purchased a differant type

Oven has convection fan and gas broiler on top of stove, just what I wanted. Burners have 4 sizes covering all types of stove cooking. Looks good.

Burner failed Day 1, ignition process is awkward

You have to keep the button pressed even after it lights up for 4-5 seconds. If you release button right after it lights up, it will cutoff immediately. And one of the burners still turns off when you stop pressing the button, no matter how long it's lit.
