shower tray size ≠ enclosure size

Its a good product, bjt they dont give you all the information you need when purchasing the shower tray and shower enclosure seperately. Reference my picture, if you buy a 38” shower tray, the corresponding enclosure is 36”, not 38”. I didnt discover this until i was cursing dreamline’s name at midnight last night trying to figure out if they sent me the wrong product. I’ll remove the negative review when I see an update on the item description.

Water not draining

We installed this base last week. After completing all the shower remodeling work & on use, we see the water is not draining fully after shower and water is always depositing one side of the base. When I asked the contractor, the base itself like that nothing he can do about it. After spending thousands of dollars, i am very disappointed for the purchase

After a lot of confusion about what size shower base I needed, we finally got this one installed and it looks pretty good. The photo I'm seeing with this shows a white base, but I chose black to match the walls. My one fault with it is that the finish never looks shiny all over. I suspect the surface is coated with something that I can't figure out. It doesn't want me to use harsh cleansers on it, but I'm getting tempted just so I'll know that it is fully clean.

We recently updated our bathroom - we needed a shower pan with an angle just so when we installed the doors that it would fit - and this pan was perfect! We did put some high end touches in our bathroom including carrera marble, but this fits in perfectly and was not difficult for our contractor to install. I also think the bottom makes it have a better grip when standing so you are not worried about slipping. Overall very happy with this purchase.

Not worth the price that I paid for this item. Walls were very flimsy, we thought they were going to break. Does not state that you have to glue the walls, cannot be screwed in. Does not tell you what type of glue to use. Had to buy 2 different kinds before it worked. I spent way too much money for this!!!

Make sure to get a 2 in smaller enclosure!

I ordered the 38 inch base separate from the enclosure since the one I initially wanted is out of stock and we just needed the base to get started on our bathroom remodel. I was about ready to place an order for a 38 inch Dreamline enclosure but thank goodness I noticed while reading reviews the corrsponding enclosures to these bases are actually 2 inches smaller!! So now we have to get a 36 in to go with the 38 in base, which is smaller than we wanted but it will have to do. They really need to make this clear in the description!! I am giving it 5 stars anyways, since it seems like a good base.

This shower base looks great in a new, small bathroom we created. The slimline helps to not overwhelm the space and it looks really modern. Originally purchased another product from a big box store and was not satisfied with the quality. This one is nice and sturdy. Client is very satisfied.

As a contractor, I have clients bring me arylic/fiberglass pans all the time. They spend between $250-600. I have only seen one I have ever been impressed with; a Kholer slim rectangular pan. Doing my own home, I decided to trust the reviews and roll with this 38" neoangle from Dreamline. I am more than impressed. This is quite possibly the nicest pan I have seen, aside from a custom tile one. The pan is not very tall. A nice glossy white; which will go great with subway tile. The texture of the pan is nice too. Absolutely thrilled with the purchase and the price. Purchase without hesitation.

Purchased for a trave trailer we're rehabbing. We're not small people but wanted the bathroom to be comfortable instead of cramped since we'll be living full time in the trailer. After a lot of time and research we chose this shower basin. Great decision! Easy to install, looks good and a perfect solution to our needs.
