Overpriced garbage

The first thing to note is THE SYSTEM IS NOT “DIRECT TO STUD” AS STATED.

The biggest issue was getting the tape and labels residue off without marring up the service.

Corner shower backwall

We really like this for our office shower. Clean and simple appearance and we added a waterfall shower head to the set up. The shelf is slightly more narrow that preferred but it will hold 1 bottle of body wash.

The walls are very thin and cheap looking. The plumbers that I had were doubtful that it would stay waterproof for long.

It looks really nice but it was very confusing ordering it all. You have to order the doors smaller than the pan. Our doors were 36x36 and the walls and pan were 38x38. Took us 3 times of ordering and sending it back to get it right. The store did not help me at all with ordering. I had to call the company twice to get the right person who knew how to order it all. Make sure you get someone who knows what they are doing to install it. Our guy installed the door upside down. My husband figured out how it was suppose to be and fixed it. Honestly it was a nightmare.

Lousy Walls

The base is very sturdy but I wouldn't give you two cents for the walls. They're so flimsy and cheap, that I threw them out and used ceramic tile in their place. If it were possible to give it less than a "1" rating I'd do so.

Nice looking walls

The quality of the walls looks great. The instructions were very helpful, although, if you also purchased a glass enclosure, be aware that there is some overlap that will make some of the steps in the wall install instructions not applicable if also installing an enclosure. It would have also been helpful if they included recommendations for approved adhesives that won't cause burnthrough and how many tubes to expect using. I looked at a lot of adhesive spec sheets and ended up using Liquid Nails Tub Surround Advanced Construction Adhesive. I'd recommend getting 4 tubes for the 36" walls, and I used a 1/8" v-notched spreader to help spread it more evenly. The quilt pattern grooves are recessed on the front side, but raised on the back, so I made sure to focus my adhesive application on these grooves and the edges. Once I got the walls set, I used a hard rubber j-roller to press the wall out. The quilted pattern is deeper grooved than I expected, so I hope it won't be too much of an issue with cleaning.

It would be really helpful if the manufacturer of these listed what frame sizes worked with what ...

It would be really helpful if the manufacturer of these listed what frame sizes worked with what base size, and if they were all available for purchase individually. Why? Because we wanted the black base, but weren't able to buy the black base with the white walls, or the frame less glass with the black base and the white walls, the combination options were just poorly laid out, and it could be more clear on what size base works with what size frame. Like say this is a model B base, works with a model B frame, etc. It doesn't have to be complicated, but it should be something that makes sense to anyone reading it.

I replaced a shower in a Double Wide mobil home. It took two days, but worked well when finished. The instructions were good. The suggested faucet set up was not needed.

Base cracked

We were originally pleased with this shower. It looks nice and seemed to be sturdy enough. However after about 2 years of use, it started developing Multiple small cracks in the base. Now what to do? We have tiled up to the shower and its not an easy matter to remove it and replace. We are not sure if the shower is still watertight and we use it daily.

Ive installed two dreamline shower kits, both Neo angle. They went in great and quality was solid. This kit let me down. The base was great however the walls and their brackets were overly complicated vs the other kits. The screw in brackets are tacky and they should have had them molded in like the corner kits and just use adhesive (which you need to use anyway). For 700.00 I dont think the quality is there for this kit. Although I made it look good, the design of the kit didnt make it easy.

We used this wall/pan enclosure to replace our leaking tile shower. We had our contractor install it for us and it went very smoothly. Note that while the pan attaches to the studs, the walls need to be attacked to something solid. He called it a remodel kit but said it wasnt hard to put in. The shelves look small but hold our stuff pretty well. Overall, very happy with it. I had a really hard time finding a 42 inch neo shower kit so was thrilled to get this one
