Perfect

Easy to mount. Works great!

Installation is needlessly difficult 😞

Good product but has a bad design on the slide mount for the upper flange…the screw holes should be offset so they are not in line with the slide, which makes putting in screws very difficult. Its a bad mistake considering that the lower flange holes are offset.

Excellent construction. The threaded portion that attaches to the shower pipe is made of metal, not plastic. This unit is made to last!!

Very happy with this product. The water diverted is easy to operate. The Hand sprayer adjusts up and down on the rail to wet my hair or not. I like the variety of water spray options. Meets all my needs and fits in my smallish shower.

The Speakman showerhead we ordered from you is to replace our old Speakman showerhead which does not have the handheld feature. We love our new showerhead. They make excellent products. Your delivery was wonderful too.

Total rip-off. Product, as advertised and purchased, does not include water turn-on/off valve. No mention that this is a PARTIAL SET with additional pieces needing to be purchased at an additional $60+. So, you wait 10 days for delivery, try to install it and discover you need to purchase the valve, making the full cost over $400, and wait another 10 days for delivery before you can complete installation. This is clearly deceptive marketing.

Wonder product

My only disappointment is the two shower heads don't come on the same time.

I am very impressed with this dual head shower assembly. I installed it myself, and have been impressed with the ease of installation and performance. No modification necessary because the water pressure improved after installation. You can use both heads at the same time by simply adjusting the control on the side. Full pressure on each head, or a rain shower using both heads. Very satisfied with this purchase! Just follow the directions and use the appropriate amount of teflon tape to insure a proper seal. I would definitely buy this again.

Being an engineer it seems ferreting out which product is best for you without known parameters to compare makes the choice daunting. It seems sometimes you have to buy the wrong one the first time to find out what you should have bought but I hit it right the first time this time with the Speakman. The three things I want in a shower head/handheld shower is quality - no leaks and stays where you aim it and lots of water pressure and an easy way to adjust it. The Speakman is built very well with nice thick gaskets so no Teflon thread tape is even required, although they do supply it if there were only short threads on the spigot coming of your wall. With moderate tightening of all nuts it stays rock solid with no droop in any position you adjust it to. Now, as to pressure, one mfg says 2.0 gpm an the next says 2.5 gpm but at what water pressure??? - no standard used by all mfgs I know of and without this info the flow numbers are meaningless. Most all of today's shower heads also have flow restrictors - fine if you own a motel but if I am paying for the water I resent the state or federal government telling me what I can have. Some mfgs tell you the restrictors can be removed. Spearman does not say anything about restrictors or their removal but in two minutes they can be removed and the resulting increase in flow is remarkable. The first is actually a check valve at the inlet of the hose. Try blowing on this end of the hose and you'll see you can barely force air through it. Needle nose pliers and a narrow flat screw driver can pop it out. Ditto for the actual restrictors at the inlet to the shower heads. They are visible after removing the screen/gasket. I suggest leaving the screens as there is minimal effect on pressure drop and they catch small particles of whatever that can clog the individual little nozzles in the shower heads. There is no easy way to get behind the restrictor to push it out so you have to use some force and wiggling to pull it out. Don't worry about ruining the small plastic restrictor parts inside as they go in the trash after removal and the inside of the shower head is robust and a scratch or two does nothing harmful to the interior of the pipes in the shower heads. When you have removed all interior parts and can see an open pathway thru the pipe into the hose and shower heads, assemble the components per the instructions. Don't be afraid to crank down fairly hard as the components are well built. If you do not want to mess around with removing the restrictors the unit is still probably a good choice but with a couple minutes of work you can have a fire hose at full flow position and can be throttled down to a dribble with a simple turn of the adjustment ring.

Good product I love the versatility . But it's hard to keep clean or I would have given it five stars. My husband is tall and I am not. Now we're both happy.

It was easy to install, but the hardware (screws & anchors were cheap I do not recommend using them buy new ones). The spray patterns are weak, not powerful, or forceful for a full body coverage. Very low water pressure. The no tangle hose works very well. For the price I expected better results. The return policy was put into use. You will have ninety day to make a return (I didn’t wait that long). Overall I want a powerful, forceful full body coverage hotel quality hand shower and shower head combo kit.

Great shower.

Excellent quality. The only item I didn't like was the diverter valve only allowed for the shower head or hand held head, not both. However the valve included was top quality brass. I also removed the water restriction washer. Not really an issue living in the Northeast. Provides a superior shower.

so far so good

Customer was looking for a multi spray shower system with different sprays at the same time but apparently it is not available anymore due to water restrictions so this unit seems to be the next best thing. Not what they were looking for but after installed the customer was completely satisfied.

Great Quality

We bought a cheaper shower fixture for our bathroom remodel and returned it. Decided to pay more for this one and couldn't be happier! Well worth the money! The bar can be placed where you want it and the hose is very flexible, not stiff like the cheap model. Great water pressure, and beautiful fixture. Only disappointed that the vertical bar is polished nickel, while everything else is chrome.

Excellent Retro Showerhead. Our bathroom had a brass shower door. I thought it might be fun to bring it back to the 80's! Tossed out the chrome shower neck (Lowe's sells a brass replacement neck for like 6 bucks!) once the brass neck was on, we screwed this shiny Brass handheld shower head on, removed the small flow restricter using the needle nose pliers) . Installation was fairly easy and the average homeowner can do it by watching a youtube video. It looks amazing, it works amazing. Feels heavy duty and well constructed. The hose is metal as well and not junk. Best Handheld shower head i've installed in years. I had the entire project done in 45 minutes. Everything is clearly labeled where its supposed to go. Only tricky bit is removing the flow restricter with the needle nose pliers as I mentioned. Twist to adjust. No click click click. Smooth turning operation.
